DESI CHICKEN MACARONI PASTA
* Water 4 cup boiled
* Add salt 1/2 Teaspoon
* Add oil 1 Teaspoon
* Add Macaroni 2 Cups in boiled water cook for 90% 8 minutes keep in side
* Remove hot water 1 cups keep in side
* Heat pan put oil 3 Tablespoons
* Add Garlic 1 Tablespoon chopped
* Add Ginger 1 Tablespoon chopped
* Add Onion 1 cup chopped cook for 1 minutes
* Add Carrot 1 cup chopped cook for 1 minutes
* Add Tomato 3 small chopped cook for 2 minutes
* Add Ground chicken 250 grams mix well
* Add Green chilli pepper chopped 2 Tablespoon (not spicy) cook till colour changes chicken
INGREDIENT
* Chicken powder 1 Tablespoon
* Red chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoon
* Chaat masala 1 Teaspoon
* Black pepper 2 Teaspoon
* Garam masala 1/4 Teaspoon
* Cumin Powder 1/4 Teaspoon
* Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
* Add all ingredients cooking chicken mix well cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes
* Add Mushrooms 5Large
* Add Capsicum Bell Pepper 1 Diced
* Add macaroni and one cup hot water
* Add ketchup 2 Tablespoons
* Add chilli sauce 1 Tablespoons
* Add coriander leaves 2 Tablespoons chopped cook for high flame for 2 to 3 minutes
* Add white vinegar or lemon juice 1 Teaspoon mix well dish out
* Garnish with Coriander leaves
