As for KFC, the last time I had that, I could swear they were just waiting for the chicket to hatch before it got the hatchet. I actually just recently drove past one of the revamped Burger King’s. And I have to say I’m disappointed. I don’t know what it is with food chains and the last probably 5 to 10 years but the locations have lost all of their magic. I remember going into a McDonald’s as a kid, and you would see things like chairs designed for children that looked like the piled up hamburgers with eyeballs on them. There were tables that had images of the various mascots on them. in the late 90s at one point they even had little kiosks with Nintendo 64 games on them. And then of course you have the jungle gyms and stuff. And it’s not a fast food restaurant Pizza Hut was another example. You went into a Pizza Hut restaurant, and you practically felt like you were being treated like royalty. The table were all very clean sometimes depending on your location, they would even have tablecloths. You have those beautiful, red and white stained glass lamps hanging over you. And so many other things. Nowadays, nowhere near as good looking. I don’t understand why so many restaurants nowadays especially fast food ones are going to this almost cookie cutter design with all of them. I can’t say this for sure but when I was a kid, the best thing about a lot of these different fast food places were the unique designs for the buildings. This made the build itself almost like a billboard. You knew what a McDonald’s look like with its unique building design. You knew what a Taco Bell looked like because of the same thing. You didn’t even have to look at the signs or anything you could just look for the general design of the building, and chances are you would Be able to find the location. And of course back then you had the bright colors and all the fun stuff. I went into a. I believe it was a Carl’s juniors not too long ago and it’s just awful. Everything is so dark in color now and it’s very they look very cold on the interior. I almost feel like I’m walking into something that they probably would’ve had in like the Soviet union but with more technology.
For every video where they tell us how these fast foods are unhealthy, there's another that praises and encourages us to buy them ...Recently I paid $29.99 for a bucket of KFC. Never again.
I eat fast food at least three times a week and the experiences are wonderful. The first, Jack's, is a chain in my state only. They use real hamburger meat and milk shakes made from scratch. The only problem is there's always a long line of like minded customers there too. The second is Cook Out, a North Carolina based chain. They smother my burger in a mountain of grilled onions, bacon, and cheese ( and anything else I want) and they actually offer cole slaw that I usually dump onto my burger! Heavenly! Last I eat a grilled chicken sandwich from a local venue. Where does he get such high quality chicken that he really does cook up just for me? Plus he serves the single best steak fries I have ever seen or heard of. That food is one of the highlights of my week. MCdonald's, BK, Wendy's....bless your hearts....you don't have a clue!
Hardee’s/Carls Jr. used to have a breakfast burger with bacon, scrambled egg and potato coins on it. That was the stuff when it came to breakfast burgers.

Another hiring issue is that the town (and the entire state) is losing population daily due to no decent paying jobs coupled with horrible daily crime issues with a minimal police force. Worst of times ever for the fast food places here.

Remember when McDonald's changed from styrofoam to cardboard? I heard eventually they'll use actual MEAT for the burger patties! 😀
McDLT was my absolute favorite.

One problem I've seen in the past with reusable cups is coffee shops using a spoon to stir the cream into a reusable cup, and then proceeding to continue using that spoon in each and every cup thereafter.
Recent Big Mac meal found in a rest area on the Connecticut turnpike $18.00 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Needles to say I told them where they could put their #1 Combo 😃
BK needs to get rid of their NASTY buns! Remodeling doesn’t make the food taste better!
The issue with fast food macaroni and cheese is that it's always overcooked, far beyond the ideal al dente texture.
Make your own
Burger King should put the money in the quality of the food
Starbucks asking people to bring their own cup. The next thing they’ll do is ask customers to do is to brew their own coffee.
Eventually, customers will be required to price-gouge themselves.
I have been to Star Bucks one time and my coffee was paid for by someone else. I would never pay those prices for a cup of coffee. Just a trendy thing. Like keeping up with the jones.
I'm sure it's just me but seems like KFC/TacoBell employees don't ever know if their store will be closed by corporate every time the show up for a shift.
We only eat out 1-2x a week due to the increase in price and decrease in the amount of food offered. And it's usually a mom and pop Mexican joint. We gave up ff chains last April for the most part.

McDonald's should finally resolve their ice cream machine issues. Not a joke.
There's nothing wrong with the machine. A worker told me that when the line gets too long, the order taker tells the customer that the machine is broken, because ice cream and shakes take too long to make and will hold up an already long line.
@@roncatdog oh that explains why they're getting sued over this issue
If Pizza Hut wants to improve and bring new flavors, they need to get better pepperoni and bring back their taco pizza.
I worked at Pizza Hut years ago, we sold like 1 taco pizza a month. Probably why they removed it.
How about burgers that aren't mealy/mushy yet cost almost as much as a superior Outback Burger? What's changed is that mid/upscale restaurants offer pickup/delivery that's almost as convenient as drive through. Imagine if Lum's, Ground Round, HA Winston, etc. were that convenient 40/50 years ago? What would Ray Kroc have done in response?
Ripped them off the same way he ripped off the McDonald Brothers?
Canada here. I don't eat burgers much or visit fast food joints, but on a super busy day I will go to A&W but only when I get a reduced flyer special. With a new city wide by-law now in place, there is a sign at the window stating we have to request a paper straw, napkins or any side condiment + if you want a takeout bag, that is $0.15 more ($0.10 US funds 😆) I am sure that this will be a HUGE savings for A&W - but they won't reduce prices, only increase them. As for KFC, the last time I had that, I could swear they were just waiting for the chicket to hatch before it got the hatchet. And it was rubbery and super greasy - I think they have more crispy versions now, but the size of the meat has not changed. I hope this corporations get a big shock with people eating at home more because it is cheaper. IMO

Do you guys still have Wimpy’s up there? When I lived in Toronto in the 1970s I got a great kick over how truly awful their burgers were.

Taco Bell is doing a 'Double Beef' burrito?
So a half teaspoon of beef instead of an quarter?...
I don't eat at Burger King because the prices are outrageous... for sleazy looking people serving food.
Yeah Big Changes are right they are going to go under charging more then 10.00 for the food that costs under 1.00 to produce!
Wendy's discontinued their grilled chicken sandwhich. Shame on them.
Wendy has to fertilize the strawberry patch by taking a poop in the garden!!
I've given up on "fast food" restaurants. Their prices have increased so much that they are locking out their usual customer base. The last time I was at McDonalds I got the Big Mac meal. It was 15.00. I can go to my local sports bar and get a great, fat, juicy custom burger with fries and drink for about the same price. So much for fast food's business model.
I haven't been to any in at least 15 years. And from what I hear, they now cost as mush as actual good food.
Taco Bell believes a $3 meatless entree is a value or something that will sell well? That's cute.
Sell better food at better prices, no one gives a damn what your restaurants look like 🤦♂️ That’s all these execs know how to do, remodel buildings.
I'm tired of getting breakfast sandwiches that feature the egg's shell, along with the white and yolk.
Hot honey pizza? That's a gigantic "No!!"
Does'nt look or sound good at all.🤢
I eat fast food at least three times a week and the experiences are wonderful.
Bet you make 75k a year and are very single.
The price to eat at these fast food places are ridiculously expensive…no thank you.
Can’t wait to see everyone of them close down!
Whoever decided that making Burger King LESS recognizable would improve business needs to be fired twice.
this video makes me feel at home. been a while since i bought these products, but reminds me of good times.
Burger King serves burgers in the morning which is what I want.
Hardee’s/Carls Jr. used to have a breakfast burger with bacon, scrambled egg and potato coins on it. That was the stuff when it came to breakfast burgers.
Best Deal is called Aldi and Dollar General. I used to go to resturant but you know what the food taste the same it's not like cooking at Home. You can choose your seasoning and you can involve you Family and if you are single enjoy you creativity..... I was actually able to bump my 401k by 4% more eliminating resturant food purchases WOW!
None of these fast food places intend to improve THE QUALITY/QUANTITY of the food, which is most of the problem
Smaller Portions and Higher Prices - I'm Not Interested...BK Bring Back Flame Broilers and Lose the Microwave...Servers With an Bad Additude or Slow Service and I Hate Lines...Get Your Shit Together - Or Just Close and Save US the Trouble...Seriously...
Burger King is never coming back especially in the south they are all awful
True,it is going to cost a TRILLION dollars to remodel their locations, and most franchises just can’t afford it!!
Give the stock video lady wearing a suit eating fast food in her car like she hasn't eaten in 12 days an Oscar.
How will Starbucks have my mobile order ready when I get to the window when my cup is in my car?
The wife and I got a fish meal each yesterday, opened the sandwich box and couldn’t believe how small the fish sandwich was and to top it off only half a slice of cheese on each 😂
Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice shame on me 😡
They have actually done me a favor by becoming so expensive. I rarely buy it at all. We didn't eat it all that much in the first place but now it's just like when I was a kid; a rare treat. That's what it should be anyway
It blows my mind people still willingly eat slow food.
Why is a place called "Burger King" not set up as a sort of castle dining hall for the king?
What if I don't want onions on my McDonald's burger?
Can anyone tell me HOW In and out 1:55 can sell me a double double for $5.55 while the multi national mega corporation Mc Donald's wants ten bones for frozen patty big Mac?
.everything is frozen at Mickey Dee's right?
Pathetic.
Nope, the 1/4 pound burgers are cooked from raw meat not frozen.
So, the "big change" at Taco Bell is to take some of the items they already sell and put them in a box?
Greenhouse gases never be eliminated at taco bell.
Domino's is already very fast on deliveries. I can't even imagine them being faster. An order from oven to your door in 8 minutes would be crazy.
why can't Mcdonalds go never frozen.....???
Was at a Papa John's the other day and noticed again only one person working the store. I asked and was told they couldn't get any good help. I also noticed they had raised their prices from a visit 2 days earlier about 5%. Higher wages is the only solution to their hiring problem. Another hiring issue is that the town (and the entire state) is losing population daily due to no decent paying jobs coupled with horrible daily crime issues with a minimal police force. Worst of times ever for the fast food places here.
higher wages, higher cost of product, less customers, less need for workers. im not paying 45 dollars for an extra large ever again when a take-n-bake costs 7 dollars for a large
@@jaimefillertext3516 With one worker at my Papa John's during the peak hours the quality of food workmanship drops dramatically. However, when I come by no matter what time/day the place is always busy even with a Pizza Hut across the street busy as well.

@@july9566 Louisiana for me.
I think what we're about to see is a major paring of the number of food items to cut costs. For example McDonald's may cut the the lunch/dinner sandwich menu to Hamburger, Cheeseburger, Double Hamburger, Double Cheeseburger, Quarter Pounder and Quarter Pounder with Cheese only (yes, the Big Mac will be axed. The breakfast sandwich menu may be reduced to Egg McMuffin, Sausage McMuffin (with and without egg), and Sausage Biscuit only (even McGriddles will be axed).
I thought Boston Market was dead.
1) MTO TOUCHSCREENS: All the well-known Fast-food Restaurants NEED TO OFFER "MTO (Made-to-Order) Touchscreen Kiosks" at the Restaurant locations, because "all forms of people life" do not carry cellphones and Hi-Tech gadgets with Restaurant apps.
2) COFFEE/CAPPUCCINO REFILL MACHINES: All big franchise Coffeehouses NEED TO OFFER "MTO Touchscreen Single-cup Coffee/Cappuccino machines" inside the locations (similar to what the Gas Stations offer).
I don’t care what marketing changes are made…NOONE wants to pay sit down dining restaurant prices for fast food thrown together in under a minute
The new McDonald's burgers getting sent out now are too heavy on the fillers. it's giving more of the consistency of a tuna patty, and not a beef patty
Add garlic sriracha sauce at the bottom of a cheese burger it’s amazing
I've given up on my local McD's. The last time I ordered inside the restaurant it took 15 minutes to get my order, along with 5 other customers. Meanwhile my local BK always serves me in less than 5 minutes and the food is fresher. McD cooks their burger patties and stores them in a warming drawer. BK still flame broils to order and serves it right off the broiler.
Most are over-priced.
Taco-Bell also!
Sigh!
The only Burger King in my area closed last month. I'm devastated but not surprised. There were never any customers there. The only place you could still get reasonable food. They were replaced by a 5th Starbucks. I expect SB to close and then there will be just an empty building.
Reusable cups started at gas stations many years ago. How dump is Starbucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So if we 0 greenhouse emmisions, means no beans soon as they cause greenhouse gasses?
Local pizza places are literally ten times better than Domino's lmao.
Dominoes is a horrible pizza place. I had an experience with them that made me cancel them forever. Our store was so bad, they turned off comments and ratings on facebook.
Astronomical prices for gastronomical issues, no thanks
Superficial changes don’t cut it. Either they lower their prices or they do without me as a customer. Keep in mind that you can buy a quarter pound of ground beef for less than two dollars!!!
The horse and buggy business went away when the car was introduced. Maybe affordable and tasty fast food in restaurants where mostly high school kids worked to now where the help is trying to support a wife a 3 kids will eliminate fast food restaurants. There are local Arbys and KFCs where the wife and I can still eat for under $20 and the food is good. Usually we go to the mom and pop restaurants where their prices aren't trying to support CEOs and investors.
Pizza Hut can't out pizza itself. They discontinued their premium crushed tomato sauce and the lemon pepper sauce for wings. Bring those back and I'll be able to order again.
They discontinue anything that's even slightly interesting. At least in the US - Euro Pizza Hut is magical!

@@LoonyDoll Well, I hope it's in a test market and goes really good. Then maybe they will bring it to more locations. :)
Unless prices come WAY DOWN I don't care what changes fast food restaurants make to the buildings or cheese. The only way Burger King or McDonalds will ever get my business again is if "2 for $2" returns to the menu.
When I go to get a burger these days its like the employees just don't care about what they are making. The burgers are cold and the assembly is like someone just slapped them together. The best burgers that I can find locally come from Hardee's as they have the best quality components and flavor but the prices have also crept up.
Mashed pretending a value meal is revolutionary and cutting edge, when the real story is that Taco Bell was always the budget/stoner option and one day decided to outprice their own worth. Man, how brave of them to not charge $6 for a tortilla with some cheese semi-melted on it.
Hey Pizza Hut, bring back the priazzos.
They need to lower the price to $4 for those KFC wraps
Only change I could care about with fast food places is prices going down
Every item on Taco Bell’s so called “Value Menu” have significantly increased prices.
The problem with fast food restaurants is the size/quality is goin down and cost is going up. I had my wife get me two fish sandwiches at McDonald’s and they looked like sliders.
The biggest things hurting all these fast food places is their insane over priced food. For what places like McDonalds charge you can eat a better quality burger at a sit down restaurant. It was supposed to be a cheap and fast alternative to cooking at home or sit down restaurants. Now they just as expensive as sit down restaurants and crappy quality food. I wont be eating fast food anytime soon if ever again. Too expensive
As a Canadian, I look forward to having more sub options, thanks to Jersey Mike's.
The simple answer is to stop shrinkflation. If you make burgers make them like they should be made and don't thin them out.
A lot of people don't like onion McDonald's
I do!!
Way too many places already
only have the red/purple ones,
which I can't stand!!
I love it
