Love your content, at 29:30 you where talking about counter and tech transitions. As a new player, that plays frontline, what do you do if you don't get T2 con(or Arm vehicle engineer)f from your backline? When should I as frontline become active in going t2 if my Backline is doing nothing? And how can I counter Units without tech transitions? I know the feeling of, oh man I need T2 Sheldons now, but how can I save a situation like that with T1 units?
I'm glad you asked because I've actually got that video queued to launch tonight at midnight but the short answer is you have to take really cost effective engagements and make tremendous use of rez bots to reclaim from the front. You usually are set to tech up when your army has snowballed to the point that you can push in your enemies front line at that point you push to break the line then stop and hold using whatever you destroyed to fund the T2. Stay tuned for the more in depth explanation tonight :)
I think we could use some discussion about the time and place for defenses. As you say, the metal is better spent on units so how can we use defensive structures efficiently? Should we just not use them at all?
Yeah this probably deserves its own video, I'll add it onto my list. For now though I would say... Yes, dont use them at all if you have the option not too. If ever viable to build units instead I'd say to do that because once you use them to the same effect as the static structures you can reuse them elsewhere. That's a pretty rough simplification though so stay tuned for a more thorough video on the topic
I don't think mines show up on radar and I know spies don't. Anything with the "stealth" tag is radar invisible. And the pest static defense against pawns is probably the lightning turret for T1 or the pitbull for t2
Bro I'm addicted to this game
Bro ... Me too XD
I couldnt agree more! I'm always thrilled to see the new content creators joining the game!
20:30 thanks to blue static defence, green was able to move around and strike economy in back of red team :)
Yeah they did a good job keeping their lane closed !

You can see cloaked mines in radar? What about spies? Would static defence be a good counter to pawns?

How to activate that metal widget?
There's a tutorial for installing it under my bar tutorials playlist, go have a look :)
