He really did give Wuji a well rounded character in this drama with that magnificent acting! Ethan's emotional scenes were exceptional and his chemistry with Yang Mi was top notch. 👏🏻
Wuji its something different caracter from Yang Mi costar so far and that why i love this drama even more than others Yang Mi drama.Everything so good in this series include the original soundtrack..glad that i found this china drama (second list) and become a fan of yangmi and ethan 😍🥰
He can cry so well whether it's welling up or tears running down. He's able to project the vulnerability that's honest & produce genuine tears really sell the scene. As much as I love seeing him in dramas, I hope he can take on more challenging films, he has the talent for it. They didn't give him the 'Golden Horse' back then for nothing ❤️
He done the heavy scene so well. Crying, screaming I lie the the last 2 ep the torture scene, wuji was even more handsome and the scene which his mother tell him the true ❤️
Ethan's acting range is incredible. He is extraordinary actor. Without him I doubt this series would have done so well. I hope he has many great roles ahead

Hallo, at first time saw this movie, i realy disagree Ethan as Main lead, but after watching continue I realized that Ethan was qualified to play Wuji because he could play all kinds of emotions happy, sad, seductive, angry, calm, thinking etc. Ethan has a typical oriental classical face and adds value to classical dramas like Fuyao. finally salute Ethan's talent, good luck to Ethan
