I'd come to the conclusion that Louie revived and got a second chance at life. and now that he knew that the Humans were developed weapons of mass bug destruction, he decided to warn as many bugs as well as try to help any army avoid the dreaded pesticide, but alas, no bug can escape from the wrath of mortein
