I have lived in Tillamook at least 60 of my 70 years. Worked 34 years in the cheese department of Tillamook Creamery. It is so cool to how much you enjoy what I get to live my live around everyday, it reminds me of how blessed we are here. Sometimes its difficult when it will rain for weeks without stopping and then the sun comes out and its all stunning again. Thanks
Great video. Thanks for sharing your experience. I took my wife on our first date to Tillamook. We got cheese, wine, beef jerky and chocolate covered bacon then sat on the beach watching the ocean while freezing. It made for an incredibly romantic first date.
Our son lives in Tacoma. He was all excited a few weeks ago because he thought for sure he saw you on the freeway.. His words " saw this white pu with airstream with white dog in the back." He was very excited. Go Seahawks!!!
Loving this coastal adventure. My wife and I were in Tillamook for their grand opening of their creamery in June of 2017. Now that I know you drove up to Ecola State Park, let me tell you I drove our 32’ Class A Jayco Precept, WITH A TOAD, up to the parking lot on top. It was my most anxious RV driving experience ever!! The view of Canon Beach from the park was gorgeous. You were down that coast the same year, 2017. ❤️ Thanks for sharing your adventures. Ted and Lee Ann❤️❤️
I can't believe it!! You guys went right by us! My husband and I now own Kelly's Brighton Marina just north of Rockaway Beach, but BEFORE we watched your early videos to help us decide on the right rig for our family to tour the country! We have an oldest daughter followed by two boys too! Back in 2019 (before Covid) we lived in a travel trailer for a year and a half with our little ones. Your videos were so helpful giving us confidence and ideas to start our epic journey!! If you guys ever come back this way, we'd LOVE to return the love & take you out on a boat to catch some crab 🦀! Thanks for being an inspiration and sharing your life with all of us 💞
Great episode! :) Couple questions! Trish... would you ever consider (even maybe on instagram??) showing your hair and makeup routine?? You look great! In your past episodes when you've done full glam and even when you're more low key, I'd love to hear what you do and what products you love :) Also, do you do a clothing subscriptions? You always have the cutest outfits! Where do you shop?? Anyway, great episode, I always look forward to Sunday evenings!
We are really enjoying this Oregon series. Last year we took our Lance truck camper and drove from north Texas to San Luis Obispo, California, then up the coastal highway all the way to Cannon Beach. We stayed at Cannon Beach RV Resort as well! The walk on the beach was incredible. For a couple from flat, dry land Texas where you can watch your dog run away for two days, it was awesome! 😜
I grew up in Portland and every summer our family and our cousins went to Rockaway for two weeks over 4th of July. Then my dad built a house there up on the hill and my parents retired there. After my dad passed away my mom had to sell the house but our memories are so precious. This video brought up such happy memories!
This is an Epic part of the left coast that cannot be missed when travelling from Northern California to Washington. I can remember Tillamook being just a small local place and now its an EPIC tourist trap. Also what stood out in this video was going to a SeaHawks game. Wow. BucketList for sure. Great video. Love you Charlie👊 🐾
Thanks to you guys and your content, the wife and I are looking at an Airstream! A 33FBQ to be exact. Saw one at the Hershey RV show, and fell in love! Now I get why you like them so much!
You stopped in Gig Harbor!!! That’s our home. You guys are the reason we got a travel trailer. Can’t believe you stopped. Hope you enjoyed our small town. ❤
Just got back to Calgary from 2+ weeks pulling our new Nash trailer down the Oregon coast. We drove south from BC through Washington directly to Astoria (Ft Stevens St Park). Absolutely passed you on the 101 on our way south to Cape Lookout. We stayed in State Parks all along on the coast, which are, without a doubt, the best parks in the world. We are empty nesters like you two, but focus most of our travel time internationally. Love the weekly instalments.
just so many places to go. So many things to see and do. Such a fun lifestyle. Next departure for us is 1 week from tomorrow. Cannot wait. Continued safe travels.
Wish I would have done this RV travel when I was young in my 50's! You two make all the work and effort look so easy while your young and fit! Keep up your health and fitness visits!
Glad you shared that you “borrowed” the appropriate apparel for the game. We’ve watched for years and commented to each other how you always have great camp equipment but also the right clothes for your adventures. We have a 43’ Mountain Aire, travel 3 months at a time twice a year, and there’s no way we could be as organized as you are carry all the goodies you do. Kudos! to you! Love your channel!
Love that you toured Cannon Beach and Tillamook! Oregon is my home State. I hope you stopped and had a Bread Bowl Chowder at Moe’s in Lincoln City on way to Tillamook! Great Video!
When we were there….We had cheese n crackers with smoked salmon on the road for days. Loved it. Also went down the Old Columbia River road n hiked to several waterfalls with our dog. Loved it all.
We did it in our Flying Cloud, but the glass lamp broke in transit. We had one in the bird, but took up a lot of space. I think I'd like to modify the oven space to a open shelf and get rid of the oven all together. Trish doesn't use it.
I was just back home visiting and took almost that same trip. Tillamook, Cannon Beach, Seaside and walked up the Astoria Column! Can't resist the ice cream! GO HAWKS!!!
Hi T&M, we follow your adventures from the UK. We love your videos. You have such a wonderful family. I just wanted to say that I love your white HH raincoat so much I bought one for myself! 😂 Hope you don’t find that weird! 😱I also managed to buy a copy of your cookbook by getting it delivered to a friend in Pennsylvania and collected it when we visited this year. 📖👏Thanks for all your inspiration. Regards Sandra & Simon
I’ve been watching you guys a long time since your kids were little well, Caleb was little. You guys are so cute together with your emptiness RV. I’ve been watching you in a long time. And enjoyed every bit. The one I watch the most over is the BVI, when you went to Devils Canyon, BVI, Italy, and the boat trip you made with the Coopers and other friends. All fun trips. Have a safe trip down the coast, and see you guys next Sunday..
The steam locomotive used by the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad was in the movie Stand By Me. I just did the reverse trip down the Oregon Coast and it was 88 degrees on the beach!
My wife and I on spent some time on the coast at an RV park in La Push Washington this summer enjoying sunsets in a chair with a small tub of ice cream and two spoons. I love the idea of wine and a charcuterie tray on the beach. Will definitely follow your lead on that one. Glad to see the broom is still in play!
Loved this episode! Really makes us want to do that trip again. It’s been many years for us too. The creamery looks WAY different now but I bet that ice cream and cheese is still just as good!! Marc did you ever find the “Full Tourist Mode” button? 😂😂😂 Love you guys and Charlie!!! And the food Trish!! You’re killing it!!!
Onward & outward on those beautiful * Northwest Coastal towns of U S.A. Mark & Trish you make it so authentically quaintified that I wish I was 'roadhogging' 🚗 right along .... Kudos to Trish's foodie bestie meals💝😋🤗
Love the Video Arnold and, yes, Trish, I almost two years ago I updated my oven and wanted a Dometic U434 (looks similar to yours) and it was recommended to me to consider a Suburban Elite 3636A. Other than it running 25 degrees hotter than knob marking, it is excellent. Oven does require manual pilot work. I am one that part of my camping therapy is cooking while on the road! Airstream does not use the brand to my knowledge but I was able to construct an aluminum rail base for it. (bigger)
I visited Tillamook factory in 1962! I was six and we were enroute to the World’s Fair in Seattle. It was much smaller then and I’m not even sure it was open for tours, but we were shown around by one of the cheese makers. There were two that I remember and they stirred the curd by hand in big long rectanglar baths. We are RVing to the Northwest next spring and I’m definitely stopping at the Tillamook factory, my lactose intolerance be damned! Enjoyed the vid, thanks!
I remember my first visit to the Tillamook Cheese factory - I was about 8 years old, early 60's. In those days, you could walk down along the vats on the production floor, the guide explained the whole cheesemaking process. As a kid, I was grossed out so bad, I didn't eat cheese for about a half a year! Luckily, I've been there since, and even though you don't get the same experience on the production floor, it's a great tour, lots of cheese samples and the ice cream is great. One thing about Rockaway - you may be able to get good fish & chips or chowder, but that's where the Pronto Pup was born, and the restaurant where it all started is still open. It's something that I rarely eat, but always a treat. Another place to visit is in Bay City, the Tillamook County Smoker makes great pepperoni sticks.
I absolutely LOVE all the train footage in your videos. Grew up around trains, did some train hopping back in the day😜😜 and now as we have both retired we're thinking it would be kinda cool to live within hearing distance of trains...Love'm that much.
Charcuterie on the beach - yes, please lol. You had me at ice cream/Tillamook. Their cheese is absolutely divine; seriously. Marc was definitely determined to get into that gym, no matter what. Can you imagine if Arnold had actually been there? He'd never would have left. Hope you're doing well. That was a great video - thanks for sharing!
How fun!! I actually live in Grants Pass where you stopped and have a place in Brookings in the coast - it’s so beautiful. But I haven’t been up the coast as far as you went. I want to go now!! Great vid
I live about 20 miles North of Seattle in Mukilteo. Fun city with our own lighthouse. You can take the ferry to Whidbey Island from Mukilteo. If you like the Seahawks, you’d love a UW Husky game. The setting is amazing- right on Lake Washington. People actually “sailgate” to the game.
When I was a kid the tillamook cheese factory was alot more fun than now. They used to do open vat cheese making. And you could eat curds off the line.
Who has 2 thumbs, can cook pretty good and got a new 20" 2 burner Blackstone griddle last week? THIS GUY! Cooked breakfast a week ago Sunday morning on it. LOVE It. Thank you for another video
Thank you for taking me on your trip to Oregon, now I want to go there…my son coached one of the guys that used to play for the Seahawks his name is Rashad Penny. We love football. We are a football and baseball family. You guys make Sundays fun 🙏🏼🥰😎💕😍
This may shock you, but I've lived there as well. So, born and raised near the cooper homestead, (and all over michigan as an adult), stationed in upstate NY, lived and worked in Minneapolis for 1 year, and left the military for central Oregon, my daughter's name is Sahalie (after the most beautiful Oregon waterfall I've ever seen). And I've driven past Tillamook, but I never did go in. Ive also spent some time in Astoria. I love Florence and Heceta Head. I think I have a travel bug. But I love the videos you post of places I've actually been almost as much as the ones you post where I've never been. Just so I can add it to the list. We'll get there eventually. As always, I loved this one. See ya next Sunday
I have lived in Tillamook at least 60 of my 70 years. Worked 34 years in the cheese department of Tillamook Creamery. We always stop on our way through!
Great video. Thanks for sharing your experience. I took my wife on our first date to Tillamook. We got cheese, wine, beef jerky and chocolate covered bacon then sat on the beach watching the ocean while freezing. It made for an incredibly romantic first date.

That Arnold impression was so unbelievably spot on it might qualify for a copyright strike🤣
Happy fall guys! - No Sunday is complete without watching a KYD episode - Thanks! - Cheers!
I can't believe it!! You guys went right by us! The coast guard museum in Astoria is not to be missed.
We did that. It was fun. I had a great time being the TV weather guy. 😂
Maritime Museum
And then ride the trolly along the waterfront!
Almost slipped by, M: “did you enjoy your broom?” T: “Yes, I did.” So satisfying 😂!
Great episode! :) Couple questions! Trish... would you ever consider (even maybe on instagram??) showing your hair and makeup routine?? You look great! We lived in Washington state for 23 years. We camped all over the PNW with our 3 children and there is so much to see and do. Enjoy!

Those people won the KYD lottery. Pretty cool.
Happy Sunday everyone!😊
I had a lovely, lovely time...thank you so much for the ride. 🙂
Your videos and commentary make our beautiful Pacific Northwest even better and more fun! 😊 TY ❤

Oregon is where I learned what the color green is all about. Absolutely phenomenal part of the country. Great video!!

The reserve cheese is *incredible* at tillamook! The tasting was so fun :D
I love how well Charley travels with you two, he always seems so happy!
You put out such quality videos. You can tell you put so much time and effort into them. Really enjoy your channel. 👍
Wait- did you guys know Arnold was in Kindergarten cop that was filmed in Astoria?! I got so excited when I put all that together 😂
The Goonies was filmed in Astiria as well...
@@arturowagner4728'Short Circuit' and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were filmed around Astoria and Tongue Point.
Don’t forget the final scene of point break
I can’t believe they didn’t drive the 10 minutes to Indian beach
You stopped in Gig Harbor!!! That’s our home. You guys are the reason we got a travel trailer. Can’t believe you stopped. Hope you enjoyed our small town. ❤

just so many places to go. So many things to see and do. Such a fun lifestyle. Next departure for us is 1 week from tomorrow. Cannot wait. Continued safe travels.
We love that RV resort. We have been staying there for over 20 years. Such an easy walk to downtown Cannon Beach.
Wish I would have done this RV travel when I was young in my 50's! You two make all the work and effort look so easy while your young and fit! Keep up your health and fitness visits!
The west coast of Oregon is beautiful. I was on the East side of the Cascades and it us also beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
Glad you shared that you “borrowed” the appropriate apparel for the game. I love your videos but this one really hits me! Being a big family and then traveling just the 2 and a dog! I look forward to this time!
I have always enjoyed every Tillamook product I've tried, especially the ice cream!!!!
The Board is beautiful Trish.
Love that you toured Cannon Beach and Tillamook! Oregon is my home State. I hope you stopped and had a Bread Bowl Chowder at Moe’s in Lincoln City on way to Tillamook!
Great Video!
Great video. I especially like all the music you used. Those pull ups Marc, were impressive.
Thankyou for a great video of the community I’m living in and raising my family!
We lived in Oregon for 21 years, now Arizona… nothing like a trip down memory lane- we’ve even hiked Munson Falls! ❤
Another fun Sunday evening!
I lived in Gig Harbor for 10 wonderful years!! I miss it everyday! And y'all went and saw the Hawks! You experienced the best of the northwest!
Coast is stunning! Marc, you still crack me up brother. Trish, you're such a little angel. Safe travels!
This was one of my favorite videos! I started going to CB 58 years ago, when it was a hippy town.🌺✌
Ahh SO much fun!! Thanks for the ride! 😂🎉, i grew up in South Seattle, love seeing my home state❤❤❤
When we were there….We had cheese n crackers with smoked salmon on the road for days. Loved it. Also went down the Old Columbia River road n hiked to several waterfalls with our dog. Loved it all.
You guys are just simply the best! What great Chemistry you have! So enjoyable to watch! Thank you!
Barview Jetty campground just south of Rockaway Beach is nice
Cannon Beach is our family’s happy place! We have visited there almost every summer for the last 25 years!
Forget the oven and use the air fryer its basically a mini convection oven. You can do so much with it.
We did it in our Flying Cloud, but the glass lamp broke in transit. We had one in the bird, but took up a lot of space. I think I'd like to modify the oven space to a open shelf and get rid of the oven all together. Trish doesn't use it.
@@KeepYourDaydreamNinja makes a foldaway that's pretty compact. That's what we have in our tt.
Go Hawks. My husband and I, from Olympia, just made our annual trip to Newport, Oregon. It was fun to watch this coast trip.
I was just back home visiting and took almost that same trip. Tillamook, Cannon Beach, Seaside and walked up the Astoria Column! Can't resist the ice cream! GO HAWKS!!!

Yeah, an H1 Hummer parked out front and cigar smoke coming out the door.
Wowsers... the night lights on the water... great shots... M & T. Safe travels
Cool transition from the rain outside to the boiling pot
Excellent episode, wonderful music very calming and entertaining. You guys are the best.
Hello from Mexico City!!! This one of those episodes I love!!!
The Goonies is a classic, and I'm surprise y'all didn't go by the house or what's left of it while in Astoria!
How fun!! I actually live in Grants Pass where you stopped and have a place in Brookings in the coast - it’s so beautiful. But I haven’t been up the coast as far as you went. I want to go now!! Great vid
We did all of those activities this time to when we went to the coast in early September. Safe travels!!!
Bucket List Trip for us; maybe net year! Thanks for sharing.
Added to my bucket list for sure.... :) Mind you, all the spots you two visit... LOVE...
Another fun trip. Go Bolts!

Fun to see you traveling through "My" area, and Gig Harbor is a favorite destination for us by water too, living in Olympia.
Love the tourist episodes! Kinda what the regular peeps do. (Like us)
When I was a kid the tillamook cheese factory was alot more fun than now. They used to do open vat cheese making. And you could eat curds off the line.
Thanks for the video. Tillamook is good but Blue Heron French Cheese company down the road. And they are Harvest Host.
Loving this series! Safe travels y'all.
Beautiful Oregon coast and then to the Seattle area. You probably had great fun on the boat ride to Gig Harbor. Safe travels.
Yes, going to a Seahawks Game is on my bucket list! I finally got to watch the Mariners play the Cardinals@ Busch stadium in St. Louis, recently❤❤
Who has 2 thumbs, can cook pretty good and got a new 20" 2 burner Blackstone griddle last week? THIS GUY! Cooked breakfast a week ago Sunday morning on it. LOVE It. Thank you for another video
Our son's favorite vacation souvenir from 20 years ago is a Tillamook Ice Cream bucket that he still uses to this day.
Been there many times. Flew a blimp over Tillamook in the early 90s check out the blimp hanger nearby. There was two.
I just love the clips of Charlie licking his chops whenever food is involved! It makes me crack up!!!!
What an amazing episode. Thank you.
By far the best channel on RUclips hi from Saskatchewan ,Canada 😄🌴
And all the sudden the video was over .. thats when you know its a interesting and awesome video 😊
"I like it, I like it a lot" nice SV Delos reference!
Thank you for taking me on your trip to Oregon, now I want to go there…my son coached one of the guys that used to play for the Seahawks his name is Rashad Penny. We love football. We are a football and baseball family. You guys make Sundays fun 🙏🏼🥰😎💕😍

YES! We absolutely love the Oregon Coast. Let’s go!
Wow, what a great trip. We love the Oregon coast and I always eat Halibut fish and chips until I can't eat anymore!!
Another great episode. Love the muscle confusion theory 😂
That is the best wash place we've found! Washed both our 42 ft MH and car there in June.
I was going to have the name pop-up and Google says it's permanently closed. We were there last month. I hope not.
Last time I was close to there was delivering a bridge span 40’long 4’ high and 12’ wide 48000lbs from Indiana to Eugene garbage dump.
