As an 80 year old woman with a studio filled with art supplies, this was sad (and fun) to watch. I'm currently trying to sort through what I want and what I can get rid of. But I still happily spend most of my time in my studio.

I would love to have a shop like yours but rent is too high and I'm not sure our community would support it.
I got really lucky and found a place with low rent. It's definitely a gamble! We started in the flea market to test the market.

there is a organization in Texas that makes angel ornaments for cancer patients and donates them to hospitals all over the USA. they would love to get donations of items especially wired ribbon of all sizes. The name is Angels of Destiny. I bet the lady that you bought these totes from would be glad for them to go to them. I have sent my ribbons that I no longer use to them. Check them out

I was excited to see that you had bought a lady's craft collection when I read the title of the video. I have never seen any of your videos before. I watched less than a minute into it and heard "oh this is going to sell really well". I stopped it right there. I am 68 years old and have a huge craft room with tons of supplies. It makes me sad and sick to my stomach that someone will "sell" my craft supplies. I hope and pray my grandchildren will enjoy them for years to come or that it all is donated to an organization that can use the stuff. Sorry I won't be watching any more and won't be subscribing.
She chose not to donate them. Her and her family reached out to me to purchase them and re-sell them in my shop. They love that I have a secondhand art and craft supply shop that helps reduce waste, and keeps art affordable and accessible for our community. She wanted the right person to have them, and she kept saying someone in heaven arranged this meeting so I could carry on her legacy. Maybe ask instead of assuming she didn't want this 💖
Dear @JerusalemBee, Do your children and grandchildren craft with you now? If so, they will most likely keep most of your treasures and enjoy them when you're gone. However, if you aren't sharing your crafting time with them now for whatever reason, you may want to rethink where your supplies might be going when you leave them behind.
You were excited that she bought them...but sickened that they were sold...how else can one buy items that are not to be sold?
