Really appreciate these videos on content pillars. Please clarify the difference between beliefs and values.
To me, 'values' relate to 'core values' of the business like aiming for environmental friendliness, etc ... However, that seems to be similar to 'beliefs'. How have I confused these?

They are very similar, but there is a subtle difference.
I would say a belief is bigger and more personal - eg. ‘I believe that businesses can operate in a way that is both profitable and kind to the environment’. Or ‘I believe that one day every business will be built around sustainability’. These beliefs might not even be 100% attainable right now - they are the big picture from your perspective.
Values are more direct and specific, eg. ‘We value or environment by ensuring 100% of our office waste is recycled’ or ‘we value each other by ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to provide feedback’. Hope that helps! 🙂 Sarah

@@thefastnetagency2773 Thanks for such a quick response. Makes sense. Beliefs are visionary.
Your content is golden. Its systematic and theoretical approach makes me feel so much more sure-footed.
