      @@moseperone1230 Absolute babble to say every Arsenal fan wanted him out - there were some calling for it, but plenty of others (myself being one of them) who felt the jury was out but were willing to give him some time.
      Difference between Arteta and ETH is that I could at least see what Arteta was trying to do regarding the style of play, even if wasn't coming together immediately. I genuinely don't have a clue what United are supposed to be when I watch them... they're like a counter-attacking side with next to no control of the midfield, yet ten Hag has said before he wants them to control games, which is the opposite of what they do.

    • @moseperone1230
      @moseperone1230 Месяц назад +3

      @@ConcreteCrescent I completely agree with you, but that's just it, the manager is telling the players to do something very simple, and the players just dont do it. Last year they did it very well but we didn't have the quality in attack, now that we start scoring goals every single centreback gets injured and youre left with a team that wants to be hogh up the pitch, but has a really slow defense and midfield. 57 different cases of injury and illness in one season is more than enough reason to finish 6th or 7th in the premier league and have a questionable style of play. Another thing is, only about 40% of manchester united fans want ETH out but unfortunately they are the loud majority, most united fans are willing to give him time because of what he showed he could do last season, and the way he has dealt with this season, because any other manager that didnt have the development of youth skills that he has, would not have been able to rely on garnacho, mainoo, or kambwalla.

    In Ten Hag's defence, he had already answered the last question of the session and he was about to leave the table when that unauthorized questioner at the end rudely butted in with that question. United can still finish in top 6 if there is a will.
    Secondly Ten Hag got the job at unsettled times at Manchester United. He was brave to accept the job. The uncertainty of ownership of the club over the entire last season and beyond was draining. After Sir Alex Ferguson retired, only Jose Mourinho and Ten Hag have maintained the prestige of Manchester United so far therefore let matters be settled at the top, then give Ten Hag scope,room and real support to do his job properly next season. If he doesn't deliver again and underperforms then the powers that be can make their final decision. For now, I think he is the best man for the job. Check out Ten Hag's achievement at Ajax in comparison with his absence at the club. I am a Gooner by the way 😊

Klopp and Pep were plucking players from everywhere and Ten Hag has already spent more than Klopp which shows you the difference in management ability. He had his chance, and he blew it by clearing out the whole backroom staff for his while having no experience at all other than coaching.

We wanted him out because he was too stubborn, and he refused to change.... Now, we see what he wanted to do with Mustafi and Sokratis. What he wanted to do with Leno but couldn't. And from there he works on improving each player so they can meet his demands, his style of play and his tactics.
      I do not see any of this happening with ten Hag, I think the job is too big for him. Having said that, although I don't think he is the right fit for United, he is also not being set up for success by the ownership on down as well as inheriting a toxic team of players and back office team who have been there far too long.

After SAF we brought in Moyes, he wasn't giving time was critisiced as a small club manager then went to westham made them champions and we started screaming oh no, he could have been the one. Brought in LVG sacked after introducing a tiki-taka system but was also sacked after winning a trophy. Brought in a top manager in Mourinho, he brought in his iron clad system performed in first two seasons but was sent packing after losing 5-1 to Liverpool. Same JM left for TH and AS-Roma and had them in one and two finals respectively. We brought in OGS, performed well in his first season but lost it in his second full season. Brought in Interims performed well in the short space of time and went back to their old selves. Brought in ETH, went to two finals in his first season, everyone was shouting he is the best give him time he will do more, now he is in his second season and having a bad day you want him sacked. Well when will you all lots of a failure of a fanbase learn that ONCE YOU KEEP REPEATING THE SAME THING WITHOUT A RESULT THEN YOU ARE NO MORE THAN A FOOL? Just when. If sacking was the best option, Please go ahead but don't come back crying about wishing you had stayed with ETH.

    We want to be challenging for the league next season not delay tactics like Southgate or Potter or EtH cos we'll be better off with Ole or Outsider Zidane than EtH cos EtH lacks people skills meaning wrong type of manager to take charge of our club.
    The advice we're prepare to offer is EtH & his team should pack their bags & go back to Ajax to reinvent himself!

    I'm not a Man U fan but see a lot of misplaced negativities within the team which I personally think Fernandez is the real problem whereas I don't mean that he's a bad player but what see is that he is a Fernandez who is a Mr everything who doesn't want to give other youngsters and teammates chances to develop and be better than him which is therefore a formular for the current performance.

    I have always supported EtH, despite this disappointing season...But after the embarrassing match against Bournemouth, I'm afraid it's over for Ten Hag. He should have read the match better yesterday too. Ten Hag should have substituted Rashford for Diallo instead of Garnaucho. Casemiro was defending shadows, should have been substituted for Amrabat. Hoijlund suffered a lot of loss of ball, and should have been substituted... there were options on the bench, but again he sticks to the same players who do not perform... it is terrible for a United fan to see how United plays every time. plays his matches....EtH himself makes sure he gets sacked!!!
