Take the mountain train from the center of Chamonix. Here you can explore a cave in the glacier or be part of an arranged walk on the glacier...
... or some more relaxing activities like a visit to the new cafe or fantastic panoramic restaurant, a newly reopened hotel with another restaurant, a glaciorium to learn more about glaciers, a cave with exhibition of different minerals and crystals from the area, a gift shop, or the most amazing of them all - just look at the view.
A new owner took over the whole facility in 2016 and are making some magnificent additidons and restorations to the area. An absolute must-visit attraction when staying in Chamonix, especially on a clear day.
