Did you have any issues flying your drone in the places you visit? I visited central Vietnam in 2022 and flew my drone around my sister n law's place but was very paranoid about it. Any advice for drone pilots visiting Vietnam?
I am aware of some of the rules where you are supposed to get a one day 'permit' to fly and you have to list the exact area, the exact date and time and pay a $400 fee. It's only good for that day and you have to follow that process for each time/day you want to fly. Has to be approve 14 days ahead of time. At least that was the official "rules" I could find online. A little ridiculous and way too much red tape for the average joe to want to endure. Just wondering if you had any trouble with anyone while flying. I love any drone footage of Vietnam. I have always wanted to get shots of the rice fields in central Vietnam.
@@BrianA810 Unfortunately, I cannot provide anyone any legal advice regarding drone usage, and I definitely will not advise anyone to break a law of any country. All I can say is do your own research and fly at your own risk. I have not had any issues. I try to be aware of my surroundings. I look for sign posts regarding drone restrictions. I fly in remote areas and recommended zones. I try to be discreet, respectful, and quick as much as possible.
@@chachaday I wasn't asking for any legal advice or advising breaking country's laws. I was just asking if you had any issues when you flew your drone in Vietnam. Just wanted to understand what to prepare for.

There are restrictions and/or requirements in every country, including Vietnam. Please research them online and fly at your own risk.
