Well, Thranduil was always one of my favourite character. I explain: He seems like his hearth and soul and feelings crushed peaces and I like the hearth-breaked characters. No, I'm not a sad, and depressed person. I love my live and live happyli. Truly, I don't know why I love these characters, such like Thranduil and even Snape from the HP. Maybe because of their feelings. They try to seem perfect, without feeling and emotionals but deep inside, they fight aganist themselves. They try to hide their true face and try to forget anything what was importent for them at once. They don't want to let to know their true feelings to anyone because they don't want to seem weak. And that's the point, why I feel same. I have and another side too, a soft, romantic, and typically the ,,crying in every movie'' side. And I don't want to tell this anyone. Maybe I feel same: I don't want to seem like weak. And that's why I love these characters. If you think, they are irritating, please, just try to imagine their situation. And that's all. I'm very proud of you, if you were read that. Congrats. :)
"Battle of the five armies". He was Amazzzing! Also Thuranduil is Incredible! Now we know where Legolas get his magnificence from.😉 Thuranduil's every movement, each swing of the blade was sheer perfection & artistry. ❤💓
Absolutely need an "Elfcentric" movie by Peter Jackson or one of his disciples (2cnd unit director Andy Serkis, for example) By all means, Thranduil would be the central charactor, but how sweet to be able to revisit with Elrond, the sons of Elrond, Legolas, (as a child) Galadriel, Celeborn, Haldir and others.(Like a young Aragorn, aka Elessil) Could easily be done using the Tolkiein canon, and some of the stories from his works on the history of Middle Earth. Perks would be being able to see the tragic love stories of Elrond's wife (captured and driven insane by the Orcs) and Thranduil and his wife (whatever happened to her, we don't really know) and of course Thranduil and Elrond's participation in the great wars of the Last Alliance. Such Great Stuff waiting to be portrayed!
Somehow his eyes seem to only hold a bitter cold Emptyness behind them but there is also love a hot ember that still burns only for Leggy no one else except maybe his long lost Daughter Lunalas (moon-leaf) the strong illusion of losing his wife that Nightwing poisoned his mind with killed of all the goodness left in him until he finally found got his real memories back figuring out the he had been Moon-Blinked (A powerful Dark Magic spell used by the Dark-Lords to destroy all or must of the victim's memories and killing gut instinct, emotion and the ability to tell right from wrong what's lies and what's truth. How it works is if the victim falls asleep under the light of a full moon repeteing his or her own name until it becomes nothing but a meaningless sound leavening the victim nameless, thoughtless and only believing what they are told to believe and seeing only what they are told to see. It is not a painless spell it hurts terribly, and the some of the pain stays with the victim long after they been cursed here's one example for this wen Tranduil herd Thoren start talking about the Great Fire Drakes in the Norh it brought back those painful memories that were stuck in his head and it brought the pain with them, making his face start to look as if is was roting away, the painful mark of his curse until Legolas's Black StarWing Dragon Ithildin purged him of Nightwing's will.) so that's Tharduil's sad story behind his anger and ice-cold hate for Dark Dragons like the NightWings and DeathWings. The poor thing did not deserve to go through a that trauma (T-T)
