Hi! I havent been using my monomer and polymer since the lockdown. When i fabricated a hawleys a few days ago, i found out that the the acrylic was still soft after 30 min im the pressure pot. Is there an expoiry date for polymer and monomer or is it just one? Thanks u
A Hawley Retainer has a Labial Bow wire across the anterior teeth to help prevent teeth from moving after braces are removed. An IR is an Invisible Retainer that is a clear sheet of plastic that works like a retainer but is less visible when wearing. I just made a video of an invisible retainer (IR) with pontics. What is the clear powder you put on top? Transparent acrylic?
Aaron Cantu it's just clear polymer. Looks white but mixed with clear monomer turns clear. Thank you for watching

Aaron Cantu yes. If you used cheap grade polymer sometimes you get a foggy look. The polymer granules don't 100% mix

bfab so it can hold the retainers on so when u out I on it doesn’t just fall off it secures it tightly
