Brother i also known creta, and these reference really works on it. big and long cars usually creates problem while taking a turn, so be extra cautious while taking a turn.I think he mentioned here ki aapko turn se pehle gaadi ko thoda opposite side le jana hai to usse aapki gaadi safe rahegi

i own harrier and whenever i take turns i take my car few feet to the opposite direction. So i think in your case it should not be a problem...
