Columbia University protesters rally after arrests

Hundreds of protesters from Columbia University and CCNY gathered in Harlem as they stated that they are undeterred in their demands that the school cut financial ties to Israel and divest from companies they say are enabling the war in Gaza.

The more prestigious the university, the more it resembles "adult" day care.
Over decades in and around universities, I've been very unimpressed with the knowledge and/or intelligence of ivy leaguers.
I concluded years ago that the only thing these prestigious school offer that others don't is a fancier diploma with name recognition.
In short, you're paying way more to come out emotionally stunted and unbelievably self righteous (and no more knowledgeable). All for the name brand of the school. Nowhere near worth it.
I actually sorta look down on those grads in general because of how childish and unprepared they tend to be.
But people sure love having a brand they're affiliated with to brag on. Just don't be too impressed, because they don't deserve it.
