I’m guessing Karen’s not going believe Mitch until the later section of the episode. The build up of being lied to, the grief and being manipulated is going to hit like a ton of bricks

@@CC-zf4yv Whitney took screenshots of the forum comments. She could have just emailed them to Mitch....but that would be too easy....which is why the police don't have cctv all over the square, so they can crack the crimes quicker.

I think it's because she herself has been manipulated too by her good caring nature. She just wanted to do right by him and her grandkids and when you have to fight against everyone to say someones a good man and you're fighting with everyone and blaming victims of his manipulation or abuse like Whitney - you're the one who's still getting emotionally manipulated.
Karen will be crying back to mitch today or Monday when she finds out
loving these episodes this week. Hope Grey gets what’s coming to him and what about what happened to Kush, Grey killed him too no one seemed to mention him this week.
It’s because everyone knew that gray was the last to see Chantelle and Tina. No one had a clue about gray going to see kush

This makes Karen look like a Bad Mother in a way because she doesn't believe anything that anyone tells her about her sweet Gray but when Keanu was with Sharon she protected him none stop despite Keanu actually doing wrong!!!
Karen is in the best shape of her life. To be fair her behaviour now is unbelievabe, this whole plot has been stretched to the point of no return and needs just ending.
I don't think you understand Karen's character. Deep down She doesn't want to believe she didn't help her baby girl when she was alive. She has always been like that.

I'm not sure how they're going to fit the Kush reveal, Whitney and Gray's fight, Karen and Gray's fight, Shirley and Gray's fight and the roof showdown all in one 30 minute episode.
It should be an hour we've been robbed after 3 years of this storyline it's only deserving, why does Emmerdale get to have the hour tonight. Special treatment as always.
I agree. It's been wishy washy at best this week, despite all the action in the trailer. They have wasted time with pointless scenes & they should never have had a 20 min episode this week of all weeks. Tonight has got to deliver a miracle.
Now with these type of things they usually have it as a hour long episode will roughly 45 minutes or they might do it in two parts
i reckon itll be a cliffhanger episode and it all comes out at the end

Karen's really horrible there. Not the first time she guilt tripped Mitch either. She's in denial because she's very naive and Gray, he's so good at taking advantage of that. Gray could kill and she'd still love him... oh wait.
Exactly. Mitch tried to tell her the truth about what he felt about Gray when Chantelle was murdered. She ripped his head off back then. She's a disgrace & deserves all the guilt she has coming to her.
@@SobrietyandSolace I think the money part was what made Karen love Gray more than anything. Thing is, Karen actually foreshadowed Chantelle's abuse on her first appearance 4 years ago when she had a go at Chantelle for "not caring" about the family (before Chantelle made her first appearance) when actually Gray was abusing her, not allowing her to see them. Karen don't care though, he has money.
She always does that to him, he would of stopped it. If she had his back when he was feeling like this years aho

I know this is immature, but I want to see Karen to feel guilty when she finds out Whitney & Mitch were telling the truth about Gray. I mean, she called her husband a monster. She only knew Gray for how long? 3 years? I’m pretty sure she’s been with Mitch WAY LONGER then she’s known Gray and she still trusts a murderer over her own husband.

She's known Grey for a lot longer than 3 years. She met him when him and Chantelle first got together and has always seen him as the perfect, loving husband because she's been manipulated. Whereas Mitch, up until the last couple of years, was only around when he needed something. He abandoned Karen alone with Chantelle as a baby. Then when he came back, he abandoned her again witb chantelle, keanu and Keegan as a baby. Then only came back when he needed cash and went and had a whole other family. So yeah... I can see why she'd trust Gray more tbf
Mitch is her ex that has always let her down, where as Gray has been in her life for far longer than any 3 years! Mac & Mia (Gray & Chantelle’s kids) must be at least 6 & 7 years old.

I honestly think Karen's character has been changed constantly. I would've thought Karen would take Mitch's side instantly.

This is great acting, abusers con ALL people around them, not just the actual victim. This is often the reaction of people close to them, denial and disgust. They don't want to believe it. Karen will break down and Mitch will be there to catch her.
I think at this point she was starting to believe but she was still in denial. It’s kind of hard to ignore when everyone around is so convinced and genuine about the allegations
Mitch is right. Karen needs to see the truth. It’s already unravelling in the square.

I can’t necessarily blame her for being in denial. I wouldn’t know what to do with myself if I were in her position and everything was true.
I swear Karen has the best actress being a single mum towards anyone whether that is bringing up Keegan, saying good advice or having fights, she is just awesome.
The acting is so good and this story line has had me gripped😃👌 gray,s fooled so many for a long time because that,s what narcissists do , i love mitch he,s starting to realise looking back at chantelle,s behaviour around gray and seeing she was on edge and did,nt want to go away with him ,karen is,nt having anything bad said about her precious gray but i can,t wait till the day she realise how evil he is

Oh Karen you really are in such denial. 💔😭😭. So much has happened to your children. Keanu's abuse; Keegan's knife crime Bernie's abortion. You have seen the signs but have ignored them because you wanted Chantelle to be normal you didn't want your beautiful daughter Chantelle the daughter you cherished the most to go through the same trauma your other children have gone through. This is why Karen has always turned a blind eye to Gray's intentions. 💔😭
I wish Mitch had got Whitney's phone off her and shown Karen the forum. Karen isn't just gonna take Mitch's word for it just like that. I want her to go too the house to save Chelsea then maybe just maybe Karen will finally see Gray for the man he really is after all.
Karen really is so horrible too Mitch accusing him of not being there for his children over the years when all Mitch has done is try his best. Gray is always dropping his kids on other people ( Karen; Whitney etc yet Karen calls Gray the saint the saviour the great father he really is. What about Riley and Chatham? Went to live with their Dad and never spoken about again. Albert Square is a Twilight Zone....when people move to it, they forget their previous life and friendship circles. Within a week of moving to the square they are on first name terms with everybody and have everybody's number in their phone. When they move away....they are forgotten by those they leave behind.

We are watching and we see different parts of people's lives so it's easy for us as the viewers to say how can be taken in by Gray, but think when you just see what that person wants us to see and you don't see others stories, I guess not easy to see what is the truth we know about Gray. EastEnders is great at mo , can't wait for tonight......the knives are out for Gray!!!!

Kush knew nothing last I checked. Was mainly because he was about to snitch on the mitchells and under pressure Grey most likely decided to try and get rid of him.

Gray at this point was in love with Whitney & wanted her for himself. He told Kush that Whitney was his future & he was stealing it. Kush told him it was all a fantasy & he needed help. In a scuffle, Gray fell on the track & a train was heard. Kush managed to pull him up but stupidly still stood on the edge of the platform. Gray got up & pushed him off as the train came. Apparently there was no cctv as it was broken which was ridiculous in itself. Carmel had a funeral for Kush which Whitney couldn't even attend as her passport didn't have 6 months on it before it expired. Gray knew but kept it from her as the ultimate power move as she didn't have time to renew it & missed his funeral in Dubai. Not long after when Whitney tried to run down Ben, Gray washed his hands of her & that was that. Kush died for nothing.
