Your diet & vitamins also plays an important role too. You have to watch what you eat. If you eat a lot of junk food/ oily foods it reflects on your body & skin. Healthy food + healthy gut = healthier skin
It’s not only skin care… it’s also about eating habit, exposure to pollution, your genes and how much collagen is getting secreted. Because with age the collagen release reduces and making skin look dull, wrinkled and dehydrated.
You really don’t need money to put a warm towel on your face and then a clay mask they are not expensive at all. Also plastic surgery for skin care? Makes no sense.
