Thats probably so they can use the same PCB and cooler with a cut-down chip and/or less RAM as a lower tier workstation offering.

​@@titaniummechanism3214But there's no 1st-party workstation Hopper part officially in existence, cut down or otherwise. If you want a Hopper workstation, the only way to go right now is water cooling with a custom block like this one.
(BTW, this is already a cut-down part, the full H100 has 96GB of HBM3 memory, of which 94GB is usable.)
