Very good advice in this video and especially last ones u had on mindset. They are abstract so here's an example for everyone watching- u lose the first set so there's a lot of pressure on you. Then u think 'don't lose don't lose'. Say 2 of your FH attacks go in the net. Then u stop doing FH attacks altogether. Your don't lose mindset said, 'I just lost 2 point in a row so the way not to loose is to stop FH attacks'. Maybe if u adjusted your technique instead, the next 10 FH attacks would've succeeded. Even Ma long cant get all his attacks on the table, probabilty says u will win in the long run by playing offensive if thats ur style. There are many more examples I can think of. Unless opponent makes too many unforced errors, its hard to win with the 'don't loose' mindset.
Can you talk about serve plus third ball combo ? Go through one serve , expected return and how you do your third ball attackb?
