It reminds me of actual counseling sessions I've had with various people from life coaching to therapy. I was super impressed and very appreciative, I especially like the, "Change 'go to the gym' to 'do something active,'" and other tidbits you offered in changing the resolution to be something more manageable and open. The therapy/callout session at the second half was really, really well-done and I actually got a LOT out of that - particularly an awareness to look for where I'm doing or promising things "with the parenthetical" that I'm hating myself and not recognize the "acceptable" me now. Thank you again for an AWESOME video, I'm so glad I discovered your channel. =D

the Irish accent has always sounded so nice to me, especially the way they pronounce words ending with "t" where it sounds softer than most other accents. As a French Canadian ESL, that specific sound seems almost impossible for me to even pronounce, probably the reason why it fascinates me so much.
