  • Osteoporosis is a medical condition that occurs when our bones no longer undergo continuous renewal. Hence, old bone tissues are no longer renewed.
As a result, our bones become more porous and brittle due to the loss in bone density and quality.

Osteoporosis can develop without exhibiting any symptoms until a fracture occurs, which is why it is often called a “silent disease”. Osteoporosis fractures frequently happen in the hip, spine, and wrist.

It is important to pay attention to health issues related to fracture. Consult your doctor if you notice any signs or symptoms of osteoporosis and seek immediate treatment before it is too late.
