      When opened settings,
first column after search bar it shows your name, then in 3rd column, after your name, below Siri and Search, it shows Face Id and passcode,

      Fake feature. Doesn’t work

Keep in mind if you have an Apple Card, all your cards will disappear 🤔
It makes sense, if there no security on the phone.

This doesn't help. The option to turn it off doesn't exist if you don't have congruent support of Apple products with a wallet and the other options enabled. It essentially forces you to have a passcode no matter what, which is really aggravating.
This means on a stupid apple work phone we are forced to use a passcode, which is highly irritating given we have to make emergency calls and can't shut it off.
I feel like Apple gets even more stupid with features. If it inhibits users, it's not a feature. It's like devolving and regression.
