It was just translation magic. It was explained that since known magic etc was all translated etc, a translation magic was beyond being worthless. Throwing out your son because he was useless was harsh (though maybe necessary since the family was important and was able to operate based on their reputation)... but logically there was no use for Noa. Him finding that ancient magic was just silly comic logic.
I am surprised and happy that the artist managed to take the time to put lips on the roofs of the buildings instead of the usual method other artists and animators do and have the roof flush with the wall. and also to have depth to the walls where the windows are instead of just having the windows flush against the wall and looking like a design element with any depth, if it exists, barely noticeable to shallow like laying a few sheets of paper against a wall. Furthermore, taking the time to add a variety of brick designs and have arches with the proper layout with a keystone. It is just so refreshing for me being an architectural enthusiast and stickler for details.

Translation, before I even go into the video, sounds OP as hell if not limited to languages the user knows. You could talk to any and every civilization, bridging untold language barriers and preventing (or causing) numerous wars. You could decipher lost texts, like spells, technology, healing knowledge, etc. Depending on the setting of the world, you could speak to monsters and animals, gaining impossible allies and terrifying forces of nature as spies, soldiers, and more. If interpreted less literally, one could translate heat energy to light energy, effectively nullifying fire magic, or could translate one currency into another, or one ELEMENT into another. More scientifically, you could take direct control of RNA translation and cause your enemies to spontaneously die by increasing production of toxic, inhibitory, hormone or apoptotic proteins or by ceasing translation of proteins needed to live. Calling it a useless power shows only a lack of creativity and unwillingness to test the limits of “translation”.
Shows how limited my imagination is. I was thinking that he could instantly get a job in any royal household as a translator unless the story used the good old troupe of "everyone shares the same base language".
I was thinking of him being able to translate different languages (foreign and ancient) and communicate with different and all species at first before he started using magic. Ig my idea of translation magic is pretty limited, too
No one failed except the the father who made a stupid decision. Why was it stupid? It's simple, he acted without knowledge. He never once thought of how translation would be immensely useful in translating old texts which could be magical. How he could have used him to teach old unused languages to his men which would allow the use of a unique and impossible to understand language during operations or to keep military secrets secure. He was a peak buffoon in getting rid of what could have been a god tier spymaster. His buffoonery is beyond peak, it's over 9000, it's so high and huge that it's looped around in a 360 no scope of buffoonery.
Ngl, that translation skill in the modern world would be incredibly useful Like imagine your an Archaeologist you woukd be able to understand the language and you can be rewarded for that Also knowing all languages existing and non existent is such a big flex

I think I’m getting to the point where I can’t read these anymore. All the main characters are the exact same person. They follow every trope that they all do. This manga feel similar to game avalon code but the skill is more book proficiency like put some code change the any object and change the fate or destiny even create on weapon of the book.
Those stories as just so flat. "I have powerful ability but noone loves me because thry think otherwise "

Why is there an unfinished ending? Please upload full it's not fare to keep us in a cliffhanger
Is there any More chapters after this?
In the end if you can win your the one who gets the last word in.
That world book is quite cheating, as if he has some kind of admin rights to the world. 😓
Ngl the world book is kinda over powered but does it work on other verse like fate?
Please add part 2 and the name
how come all these managa recapped channels dont put the title of the manga in the video or description? This is quite annoying honestly
