Which Blind Audition surprised you the most in 2020? ✌️
The last guy ! Amazing!! Did he win ??
@@cj4666 No unfortunately ! He was in the finals but he lost to Carter Rubin, a 14 years old boy who has a good but maybe not as unexpected as John Holliday.
What instrument is that?
Bukhu!
One word.....pure. This is the first one.
Normal artist: Imma practice every range and tone to become good.
The first guy: I’m 4 parallel universes ahead of you.
But also somehow made me cry and I have no idea what he said
@@justatest90 oh it's about getting back from your home land from abroad country.
May your journey be well, wishes my father. When I return from the lands far away, my parents will greet me with their happiness.
Mind your honor in a foreign land, teaches my mother. When I return from the lands far away, my parents will greet me with their happiness.
(It's not really good translation, but it kinda have near meaning)
i think he is mongolian. that was some genghis khan stuff
@@bagtea umm I'm mongolian too. And what do you mean by Chinges khaan (this is how it actually spells) stuff
@@hoolidii i saw you guys sing with throat after watching show, Genghis Khan on Netflix
The first one is just magical. Heard that hundred times and still love it
UPDATE: 3 thousands thumbs ups and it goes more and more. Thank you 🙏
What the title?
@@nanomitesgtv943 it's "Mother and Father", he wrote this piece himself.
I agree! I want to follow him!
@@Frugal_granny I have found a clip on RUclips once, there was a full version of this song. With choir
Yes, that's amazing
People’s reaction to the Mongolian song really demonstrates how music crosses nearly all boundaries and is one of the purest and direct ways of sharing emotions and the human experience.
Oh yes! Music speaks on a molecular level :)
It an instinct, something we feel...
It's a true beauty like no other
Playing drums and singing is incredibly difficult. The lady doing AC/DC and drumming, amazing.
and her voice was so sick as well
She was really amazing
If you find that difficult watch Indian idol latest season all performance of guy named pawandeep rajan ...he plays all kinds of instruments perfectly and sings along too in his all performance . He has been declared as one man band and a real first rockstar of india ...he is excellent in everything and i have never seen any one in whole world who can sing that great and play instrument alongside in each song and everytime instruments are not same...they change with each song ...he can play drums he can play guitar piano dholak you name it he will play it perfectly like a ultimate pro ...
Not to mention her friends and family who were killing it with the support backstage
@@LieutenantAnshuBhardawaj So in Summary, she drumming and singing isn't hard, cause Someone else played different instrumentals in each performance?🙄
I don't understand a word of the first one, but immediately I was crying. That was magical.
If you look up his individual audition, there is a comment with the translation. It's absolutely beautiful 😍
Mongolian Throat Singing - also called Tuvan. That first song was the most beautiful and haunting sound!
He speaks of being reunited with his mother & father one day
Oh my 😂 it was so peaceful and relaxing.
SAME! 😢😭💔
The first one is the purest form of singing. To be able to do that with your vocal cords is fucking insane.
The throat singing or ‘normal’ part?
It's not actually the vocal cords but also the shaping of mouth and tongue that produces the harmonics in tuvan throat singing...
On top of that his playing and regular singing was so beautiful and soulful it had tears welling up my eyes.
@@Worshipsatch its called something like false vocal cords, they’re one octave lower than your regular ones.
@@theroyaldutchcompany5898 no, false cords are not any octave Lower or higher , they help in safe rasp and air flow control, but in tuvan they only play a minimal role...
The first guy transported me to another reality.
I don't know anything about his culture, but, I'm sure he carries something very special inside him.
Mongolian I believe
It was a great experience just to hear him.
its called Mongolian traditional trought singing /Khuumii - хөөмий/. instumental is Morin khuur / морин хуур/.
For real 🤣
Most probably we all have some Mongolian blood xD
The first one! There is something primal, raw, tribal and something that is very close to the roots of every human heart. Listening to it is like something I've never experienced ever in my short life! Transcendental!
Yes! You described it incredibly!
its called Mongolian traditional trought singing /Khuumii - хөөмий/. instumental is Morin khuur / морин хуур/.
It's the music our species started with, it's the music we evolved to, it's the music we have forgotten.
Try the hu. They are amazing live.
will-i-am losing his shit on that girls opera remix was so good🤣
ikr
But then didn't turn. I don't get it. Was his team full?
@@tstewar2dr maybe
@@tstewar2dr yes he filled it up a few people before her
@@tstewar2dr it's not always about team being full. These people have no idea on how to work with the onea who are unique especially the opera ones
Everybody gangsta till the Mongolian called his ancestors
early contender for comment of the year
This has to be one of the best comments I have seen in a long time
Judge: 'Yo guys, i think we must press the button right now. i see Genghis Khan aiming his axe at our head.'
@@arshtatine go and dont turn the chair let's see 😋😋🤣
LMAO 😂😂
Singing while playing the drums is INSANELY impressive. I can't get a word out when I'm playing them myself
Robert Wyatt, The Soft Machine. He plays drums and sing, in a Progressive band..
Sadly you hear the AutoTune when she stops playing.
@@ChrischiOfficial yeah true
And it's not so hard at all! That was an very easy rhythm! And kust think of Roger Taylor from Queen or
Don Henley from The Eagles.....
@@TheMelody911 I agree now. I forgot i posted this comment lmao. With some practising now I can play drums and sing. Or shake a shaker and tambourine at the same time and sing. Polyrhythms are really fun!! 😊
I love how everyone just shut up for the first guy, then there was that moment at the end where people were just relishing in that feeling. Love it.
Imagine getting soaked in to your own fantasy dreamworld where every stone could float, people would respect and love each other, where everything you touch could be an adventure.
People were held in their fantasy and didn't want to let it end.
I love how The Voice Australia had a song in Mongolian, The Voice UK had a song in German, and The Voice Russia had a song in Greek
Music is our international language. 🙏
@@elementary803 can’t agree more than that 🤟
The Voice Germany had a song in English too.
@@jase6709 Well, that is pretty common. English is common anywhere.
@@Fh8919 But still....
First one was chatting with his ancestors.
Lmaoo bro it’s too early to laugh this hard
One of those gems that actually makes one lol irl
Lool 🤣
bruh wasn't ready for this one😂😂
the comment we're all waiting for
Just 30 seconds into the first one and I'm already wanting to ride a horse across the Mongolian Plains. There's such a refined beauty to that kind of music that touches the soul immediately, it's incredible!
Damn just don't sack Baghdad on the way
no one talks about the deaf guy? absolutely insane
Ele foi incrível irmão!! ❤️❤️
The gentleman who sings with sign language is the real deal...even the mute and the deaf can sing too...i love him...
There was something in his way of expressing the sign language, that it really felt like singing.
This man was awsome!! At that time i understand He cant speak, i was absolutely crying 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 He is the real Deal, youre right.
It was the dumbest audition I've ever seen. If he was singing the entire time whilst using sign-language that would've been something special but at the end of the day it's a singing competition and the moron only sung like 2 lines.
@@grannyjuices6040 Wow, your life must be really fulfilling lately...
@@vonkanelsacha3023 It has been, yeah.
The 1st one for me, I don't understand the words but I understand the feeling behind it. It makes me think of my late mother, and brings me to tears.
Watch AGT, Playing the saw. It’s even better
He took us all to a new place, time, world. Amazing
Mongolian man for father and mothers singing
Yeah, cuz I think its titled as "Mother and Father"
Did u know its about his parents who are far away wants to greet with happiness
Not just Delta appreciates Mongolian throat singing, but she can do sign language too. A truly wonderful person she is.
The girl singing the Queen of the Night Aria was so damn good, and dropping that beat behind it was absolutely inspired!
Olly and Meghan saying “I don’t know how to work with that,” while Will jams out and schemes ideas while the beat drops ❤❤❤
Is there any way to find that version on spotify or somewhere ?!
@@moeingolriz7237 I've no idea I'm afraid. I've never used Spotify 🤷🏼♂️
The first guy is doing a singing technique called throat singing, that's how he's producing 2 notes at once
i think i can do it two but i would have sound horrible
@@ZonunaRalte 😂😂😂😂
Isn't it called overtones?
@@mariaandersson3013 yeah people complicate things, he is just doing overtones
Bit Like my Farts then
The first Gentlemen was Magical, that throat singing is a blessing from god, Utterly Amazing, it takes you to a far off place...
i think he is friend with jesus's 12 apostles
J
the mongolian throat singing one is beautiful. i dont really like that type of music but i can watch that audition over and over again and every time it still manages to amaze me. a beautiful showcase of his culture❤️
Native tribal music as with the Mongolian singer is so beautiful and deep it touches the soul! I cry every time I hear it! They really need to have a a way to showcase native songs!😇❤❤❤❤❤
That 1st guy is perfection
Its magical mother nature
They all turned for the first one, but if you followed the journey, they couldn't bring his talent to the crowd, only to be stopped at the battles' round.
Impossible to give songs to this artist, he's not a cover singer. He's singing originals on his own RUclips channel, and it's wonderful.
Doesn't matter, he is already a star ... in his genre.
@@Berbouille may I know his channel??
@@curionion Bukhu Ganburged search his name...
that is exactly why i only ever listen to/watch blind auditions - people with incredible voices and talent come in with their unique style, but they (almost) never make it far 'cause the coaches kinda down-grade their voices (mostly because they cannot really work with them in the first place, that's why opera singers never make it in this show)
I lost count of how many times I replayed that "Queen Of The Night" aria. As a lover of opera it was a really nice rendition, I loved this hip-hop vibe during the high notes!
Is there any way to find that version on spotify or somewhere ?!
That first one put me in a trance.. I was baffled as much as the judges.. I felt immediately at peace.. wow 🤯
Wow! The first one did it for me! It transcended all language barriers and was so beautiful. 😱🤩
First one is magical!
I don't know how to sing and I've never heard these brilliant songs!
Mongolian traditional song
@@yanziinuuainn6523 Beautiful
The first is one of those performances you won't come across often and won't forget once you hear it. Although I don't understand a word of that song it takes me in places ive never been, and make me feel part of a different reality I've been grown up, makes me feel sad for something i've never experienced ...it's so deep and so pure and so magical to me. Hats off to this beautiful soul.
Only in Australia could a Mongolian perform his traditional style of music outside of Mongolia and still have the judges turn around
Number 6. Feel it still by Portugal. His version was entertaining and he had so much fun with the judges, re-doing it. It was a joy watching and listening to them.
🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
The first one is a meditation and a prayer. Absolutely beautiful.
Seeing everyone talking about Bukhu makes me happy 😇
that first guy got me right in the heart, I have never heard that kind of sound come out of a human before. This guy can make so many sound tracks for movies, documentaries, concerts... heck he could be basking for all I care.. he would make anyone who can introduce/utilize his talent a fortune. Amazing.
The Greek guy from Voice Russia is amazing. Sad that it was only one chair turn.
POLINA GAGARINA GREW UP IN GREECE AND SPEAKS GREEK.
@@spirittchaser7043 i know. She is a brilliant singer. Possibly not the best mentor but a great vocalist.
@@eistinpolin1 who's singin???
Portugal, he's got some talent, loved seeing the judges join in, real entertainment! Some great vocals on show from all the singers/musicians, great mix!
great singer and experienced in his genre, portuguese popular music, especially for portuguese northerners like me :)
I was looking for this comment
Agreed. I also love serving footballers show off hidden talents like that, well done to Thiago Silva
The man who sang “Misirlou” was amazing.. fabulous ❤️
Thank you for your good words. You can see more of my work, here at my channel Ioannis Kofopoulos
The Ukraine judges are such a vibe 😌
Are they? Why so?
We may speak different language , but music is a language that all people understand ❤️
The last one is freaking gem. Love this guy
Oh my god it was lovely. I was just in the 👌🏼zone👌🏼 man I’ll tell ya
Hh u r the type who really enjoye hearing music
The first one's emotions are just bigger than any words. Damn dude that was really deep
When you think you are king/queen of music, pop music and then a random guy from the Asian mountains show you the magic , word is always full of mysteries
The first guy ,i bet every single one of us had his own interpretation and lyrics ,magic just magic
first one: let's invoke the elders🎇
What is the name of the instrument, Do you know?
@@cindycarvalho664 if im not wrong, that's a Morin Khuur (i'm not so sure but u can look it up)
u can also call it a horsehead fiddle
2:49 look at Will-I-Am peeking and looking at the singer 😂😂
first dude must have perfect pitch. There is no form of helplines or "frets" on that instrument but he hits the notes like it was his birth right. Truly amazing
Not all people who play fretless stringed instruments have perfect pitch! They just work very hard. It takes years of training and practice. Perfect pitch helps, but it doesn't magically make everything possible, just a tad easier.
The 1st and the last are a league above all else. Bukhu evokes for me, the Steppes... beautiful beyond words.
Sidenote: we all must learn to sign 👋🏿
The throat singing was so magical and captivating. You know it's a good audition when the audience and the judges are completely silent and need a moment before responding
Грек красавчик !
Bukhu Ganburged, totally stunning, seriously chilled out beautiful emotional music.
That Greek song in Russia was epic 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you! You can follow me here or at instagram @ioanniskofopoulos
So many surprises, but the 1st one was so beautiful. I would have included that Wolf guy from Aust too
Big props to the girl playing the drums and singing. Hard combination
She's Russian
Wow.... The first guy..... so heartbreaking..... makes me miss my family so much
And then the ONAIR people, the acapella, the beatboxing was amazing♥😍
Mad love for Bukhu Ganburged!!! What a transcending performance!
I am crying, first one touched the deepest and darkest corners of my soul
the guy from Portugal and judges dancing put me in such a good mood gosh I loved it
The first guy is real peace of art, he has captured 2 emotions into sound by his voice and by that device in his hands and translating this emotion via sounds. Words are not important here, only feelings. You can not make him sing anything else, but anyone who hears this "song" immediately "touched". Beautiful.
Australia, sign language, awesome. The voice does not have to be spoken voice just a voice.
WOW x 3!!! The first one is hauntingly beautiful.
Mongolian music is so so so great deal for the ears and mind, wow wow wow!!!
Imagine song for def people is so incredible, I am losing the magical gift, to listen the sounds of the world.
Singing in sign language, amazing!
Bukhu Ganburged, original song is haunting. Awesome!
i love how every judges are fascinated by the first guy
That first guy really struck me deep, I felt extremely calm and safe when hearing it.
The first guy is killing it, I don’t know what he saying but it definitely hit me right in my soul. Very beautiful the throat singing woke me up though
The 1st one is ethereal! So moving
Mind blown she played the drums and sang highway to hell amazing rock voice and talent.
wow, john holiday just absolutely blows me away every time i hear his voice, my heart
How can any of the coaches be helpful to these already incredibly unique, incredible talents?!
Authentic sounds of the first song are so paralyzing. Bukhu, you are the perfect musician!
The first guy's singing had me having goosebumps and tears at the same time. I was confused on how to even react....man that's awesome
"I don't know how I could work with that"
"Me neither.."
- the only 2 who actually pressed the button
Well, William wanted to turn around badly but he was full. He was smashing the button
I don’t know if they realized the range and abilities of the man with the loops. His unique voice reminds me of seeing Ed Sheeran for the first time and his looping is incredible. He has massive potential IMO. Loved it.
Послушайте Димаша из Казахстана вы будете в шоке
The first one is amazing! Just close your eyes and let your mind travel!
The first and seventh are some of the best auditions/singers I’ve seen on the Voice anywhere
I really appreciate your comment. If I count well I'm the seventh!
Agreee
If the first guy doesn't win every The Voice competition in the world for the rest of Eternity humanity is doomed
The first song was emotionally magical and unique. ❤️
The 1st one is just.....magic !!! Heard it many times !!!!
Bukhu is wonderful ! His instruments and his voice are hauntingly beautiful, lovely
Beautiful...so spiritual...it touched my soul...the song...
Mother and Father..
That sign language guy was so moving. A different definition of "Voice"
Amen to that. This is one of the most underrated comments here. It deserves thousands of likes. Everyone keeps talking about the Mongolian throat singer and although his instrument playing and initial voice was beautiful, Mongolian throat singing is not for me. A man revolutionizing what it means to be “The Voice” by “singing” with his hands without a sign translator then with his vocal cords in the end bridges two worlds and is nothing ever done before.
Funny seeing the exact moment Kelly realizes it
Юлия Лунегова и AC/DC в её исполнении the best!
agree, the first one is more than magical, its out of this world, what a concentration and mind blowing audition
The first guy is another level...damn goosebumps😬
The first guy should have already been a star.
Greek performance was just omg! Love from 🇬🇪
" I don't know what the fuck just happened?" after Stairway a capella left me in stitches...
Este primeiro som foi o som mais lindo que já ouvi na vida! Emocionante.
Concordo plenamente
The first one had the audience afraid/too stunned to clap for awhile...I understand the feeling!!
That feel it still guy is just so awesome... Nobody realizes how of a pure gold he is
The first one is a brilliant piece. It is a treasure.
Bukhu Ganburged is mystically stunning and caught me by surprise, WOW!!!
...у таланта нет национальности. Браво!
when you listen to the voice your whole life and you're like: yah, I've heard every range of tone possible...
First guy: BET.
The first guy was soooo moving that's how strange and powerful music is it can bring people together regardless of which country you're in.
Damn... The first performance was just mind blowing 😍😍
❤
