I really appreciate the person in blue T shirt. Basically he meant that individuals need to change for country to make progress. Very true, it's not only leadership that makes a country progress, the efforts of people are equally important. For example IT industry started and grew initially purely based on individual efforts, however the foundation for education was laid by government years before.
