there is a setting , where u can toggle on and off targeting ennemies, basically when u click it you only target champions and not structure or minions, I don't really remember where since I didn't play for along time but it's in keyboard settings, or just look for this on RUclips, that's how I discovered it, it really helps when there is multiple champions or minions beside the target
