I found that drinking water while I was in the car helped me drink more. When I was taking my son to school, I would drink 40oz during that commute. Of course, I had to pee once I got to work but I was more than half way through my water for the day!

I have 2 of the 36oz yeti bottles. I fill both up in the morning and try to drink both by the end of the day. Not quite there yet, but working on my water intake.
I love the hairband idea! I usually make sure to drink 1.5Liter by 11, 1.5Liter by 5pm and then 1.5 Liter by bedtime that way it's spread evenly throughout the day because too much water at once literally makes me water drunk and dizzy.
I don't like to drink a large amount of water in one go so set my timer for 15 minutes and drink a few gulps it is surprising how much water you get through without even realising. Thanks for all the great tips

Hi Heidi, What about soda water with no cal or sodium? I drink Cherry flavored soda water that all day with a squirt of STUR fruit punch added to it. Now it has stevia in it, but I'm concerned about the sugar substitute in some of these add ins especially when we are drinking a gallon. What is your take on Sugar substitutes and fizzy water in stead of real water?

Then I remember I was supposed to drink 50 oz of water and I’m all irritated again, eyelid twitching. I’m hardly ever thirsty no matter what’s available. If I go to a restaurant, I leave with a to-go cup of whatever I had, and it takes me all week to finish it off. Most often, I’m just hungry. I need some kind of prompt to remind me to consume liquids. Heck, when I’m at work or in school and we’re on a major project, I need a reminder to _eat._

What is so wrong with excercise, healthy eating and looking great? It's seems that if you're overweight and get fit, you're celebrated, but if you have never been overweight and stay fit, you're the enemy. Have you ever been told, "You're so skinny that it makes me sick"? Pretty offensive. I'm glad that you're showing the world that beautiful blondes are human too and the work you put in to be fit. ❤️ oh and thank you for saying drink half of your body weight in Oz. My chiropractor is the only one I've ever heard that from. It makes sense though right? If you're around 5 ft tall and 100lbs, why would you drink the same amount of water as someone who's 6 ft and over 200 lbs???? Question - the additive in the pink jug? Is that from food coloring or natural stuff. I'm sensitive to dyes. 👎 Too many Twizzlers is bad for all kinds of reasons. ☺️

Great tips! I love my coffee, so I make myself have a glass of water every time I drink a cup of coffee. That’s now just part of my routine.

3 liters is way too much ,you lose salts and electrolytes ,no wonder you feel dizzy

No soda is not considered water because caffeine actually dehydrates you, plus soda has additional calories and sugar.

Can herbal teas be counted? I love hot tea on a cold day and drink at least 16-32 oz of tea per day.
