For the mini Santa taper candles you could consider using glass bottles to stick them in. I love using amber glass bottles (root beer, kambucha, soap) to stick taper candles down in and a variety of bottle shapes and heights look so cute paired together! xoxo

To answer your question: since you mentioned that the storage closet underneath the stairs isn't a priority right now, why don't you just purchase some clear bins like the ones you used to store your autumn decor to help with organizing that space in the meantime? Just a thought. 💕

Allison, for your closet under the stairs and looking for full length shelves, I would check out the Container Store’s Elfa system! My mom runs her own professional organizing business and uses it all the time since you can have them design it to fit your space and needs. As always, love your videos!

There are inexpensive metal or plastic shelving you could use, they aren't attractive but work for storage areas & garages.

Iovely vlog😊. I use the 30cm wide IVAR solid wood shelves from IKEA. Perfect.. different hights eg for my cupboard which has a slope under the stairs. And clear labelled boxes. ..works great..shelves can be adapted.

@@ALLISONBICKERSTAFF you are welcome 😊. We have had some of ours for 25yrs and added to them over time in different houses for different uses. It is not just shelves, the system includes draws, cupboards, corner units etc. Fun fact..as of 2023 IKEA will have been selling IVAR 55yrs! It is their longest standing furniture range..and one of their few out of solid wood. We have moved multiple times and its great because you can flat pack it and, like all wood, it "ages" well... not that you are looking to move.
