As someone who is absolutely obsessed with Monument Valley, here is some sort of clarification - well, what I got from the game, at least. Ida is the princess/queen of the crows, who weren’t able to embrace their trues selves due to the geometry being stolen - presumably by Ida. Ida’s mission was to return the geometry so they can do just that. The dialogue given by the spirit lady gives clues about that. They’re like cryptic and mysterious (which i’m infatuated by), but makes sense for the story. Hope that helps/makes some sense.
