I've done several trips down to Oregon and it's always basically empty. The busiest I find is Haystack Rock in Cannon Beach

We went in July. Almost our entire 10 day trip was windy and cold along the coast!

@@McIntyreBible It's a hit or miss for sure! That marine weather is so unpredictable. Just pack warm stuff - you may never need it, but you'll curse yourself for not packing it!
