I've spent a fair amount of time lately learning diminished scales and trying with limited success to sound musical. Your video has given me a bit of light at the end of that tunnel. Thanks Chase!
This 14 minute video on a 4 note pattern is the most valuable thing I’ve come across on RUclips in a while. Would love to see more of the “simple lines with many applications” videos. Keep up the fantastic content man!
Chase, your are very kindful teacher for us. You shows Benson's techniques in reasonable articles. You teachs us on Academic thinking way. We love you because you are Chase from CGA.
Love to see you play some blues or rock just because Mateo Mancuso does and it always blows me away. But I love this lesson too. Thanks for your efforts to make these videos.
I waa sceptic at first but this is one of you best lesson for this format. Short to the point good example good playing and source/inspiraton from a great. If you want to sound Bebop you definitely need to dress your idea with "pivot" arpegio and enclosure.

Glad to hear it! 👍
When improvising, rhythm and phrasing are more important than pitch collections. So glad you didn’t stop posting, keep teaching… 🙊🙈🙉🙏🏽🇦🇺
Well said! I never stopped, took a break from posting on RUclips over the summer to focus on some other things 🤘

Good edit! ✍️
Thanks for doing this. I have the Many Worlds and it's not an easy nut to crack. I am starting to enjoy it although.
Thanks for watching!
This was a great lesson. I just created a great lick for my solo on Cold Duck Time (big band version) over F13#9 chord. Thank you!
Way to put it right into practice! 👏
Yeah! We have a big band session today and now I can show off 😂
Love it! 🙌🙌

0:06: love it! Thanks for showing, now I don’t have to watch the remaining 14 minutes 😅
I did it for you 🙏
Did you ask the approval of the preeminent and only accredited expert on Mr. Benson? 😂
Like one of my music teachers once said, "It's easier to ask for forgiveness than permission"...
😂😂😂
That mustache tells me that everything’s gonna be alright.
Thanks for the great lesson!
Everything will be alright 👍
Oh no! Pete is going to be mad because of your video.
I'm sure he wouldn't let something as simple as my video get him worked up.
Just found him this week
