The fact that she chose the BM logo instead of her name speaks a lot about her character. Adorable. The most adorable little badass shredder there ever was! 😍🤘
Not only did she choose the band logo over her name on her guitar, all of their songs list "Band-Maid" as the instrumental songwriters, so all 5 are sharing, no matter how much each member contributed to composing.
All the band members were in attendance at the PRS launch of Kanami's signature guitar, and drummer Akane was apparently even more thrilled than Kanami, and cried all day long.
"They've become like a medication." Yup. Far more important than caffeine to me every day to be fully motivated. Yeah, Misa's matte black bass is hot... Kanami's PRS's are hot... and Miku's Zemaitis guitars are ridiculously pretty. They know their gear, but also, like the costumes, pick it as part of the presentation as a whole, I think.
KOBATO MIKU. In the Japanese fashion, her band mates call her by her sir name, KOBATO (小鳩), which means small/baby pigeon. That’s why she says “Po,” as the KURUPPO is the sound Japanese pigeons make.
There's a story that Kanami knew that MIku's chops were not up to a song she had written. So, she wrote another song, that would get Miku's playing up to speed. I couldn't say for sure, but I think that she wrote 'From Now On' to prepare Miku for 'Without Holding Back'.
Nice rant about Kanami and I totally agree with it. After she had that guitar model named for her, I started seeing her in a different light as well, re-listening to some of their songs I hadn't heard in a while and realizing just how good she really was. What still gets me, however, is her composing ability. Where does she get all these song ideas from? She's really a double musical genius and the sweetest one I can think of.
0:30 Well, there was that collaboration... 😇 I think of these as The White Videos ⬜ Surprised me when I found out about them. The white is brilliant as it removes the background and so highlights the members 🌟
Wonderful reaction to this beautiful instrumental. Band-Maid instrumentals are gorgeous, and what's crazy is that I often listen to the instrumental versions of their regular songs, because the music is so addicting. Btw, you should react to Ohrenje's documentaries on the members of Band-Maid (fans would love this); they are masterfully done and really fun. Here's a link to Kanami's doc: ruclips.net/video/lGS5KU2S2D0/видео.html.

Kanami is definitely a rare gem!

That drummer is flawless!!!
The mote you learn about each if them, themore every song has emotion attached to it.
Every time when I say Band Maid, next word which coming out of my mouth is PERFRCTION!!! Thanks for your reaction.
When Miku perfmed a solo on stage recently, Kanami was so moved that she cried with joy.😅

This one has a great look at Akane's drumming shoes.
👍👍👍
Love this track! LOVE the entire band (duh). But this video, for me, is "Miku-Tastic!" She's such a bad-ass. 🕊
Good Stuff
Mincho's signature guitars went for $6000 and sold out in hours.
