Hey, i think in this Setup isnt that specific for some factions. Its still quite good for Darklings. So i think your choice is reasonable but not that they are by far the best in this Setup. Will you also make 6 Playthrough Videos for the Additional Fire and Ice Expansion factions? I would like to see them in action, especially the Acolythes, Riverwalkers and the Shapeshifters, since they seem far more special and maybe more complex than the others!
Thanks for the comment, Max. I thought the darklings were a pretty good choice for this setup apart from one major factor, namely the cluster scoring. The round scoring tiles seem very good to me for the darklings. I am interested in covering the F&I factions. I am a huge fan of the expansion factions. I have just released a video that focusses on a couple of those factions. I got a bit tired of doing playthroughs against the AI to be honest. I might give the snellman AI a try, though.
i thought again over it and i agree mostly with you. Do you think the sactuary scoring round would have been better in round 2? Yeah, i already watched it and i really liked to see the yetis and the riverwalkers in action with good strategies and also counterstrategies. Its also far more interesting to see you compete against human players. Especially if the AI makes some mistakes commonly e.g. to burn/spend 5 power to get the priest instead of the unused power action. Also they dont always use their Power Action first, so your competition within these is not that high as it would be the case normally. Still its pretty good to see your thoughtful strategies in Play in various situations!
