I actually like Apple’s way with interacting with the dynamic island where touching the dynamic island is like tapping an app while long pressing is like Haptic/3D Touch

They should give more customization options for sure. But implementing an always on display just to show the clock and date (like most androids do) is useless in my opinion.I like that I can see my normal notifications as well without having to touch the phone. To get around the wallpaper issue, I just set my Lock Screen wallpaper to black and left my Home Screen wallpaper as is…
My iPhone 14 Plus was stolen weeks ago so I ended up getting the 14 Pro. Even though the battery life in the 14 Plus is better, I’m actually very happy with the 14 Pro. Glad I made the leap.

Returned the 14 pro for regular 14. Too heavy and the rear camera extends out way too much and keeps hitting the index finger. Dynamic island not all that great. Had upgraded from a 12. Im happy with my iPhone 14 non pro.

My biggest concern with getting the smaller Pro is battery life, ive heard its not good at all. My iphone 11 pro max can still get me two days of use out of it while running ios 16.

The big difference I came from the 12 pro max to 14 pro max.120 versus 60 makes everything smoother. The nits from 800 to 2000 during bright the sun is just great. Low-light photos are a monster step up. Better wifi and blue tooth.
I think long press to get a menu makes perfect sense just like when you want to delete an app. And opening the app when you tap it. It sounds like it's perfect to me that way. Why would you want to long hold the island to open the app? It just doesn't make sense, you tap it top open it not long press.
Because the island is ultimately an additional quick settings menu -- as a dedicated quick setting menus the least "deep" option should be the quickest to access. Why would the most minimal "quick access" widget to control an app without actually opening it be the most time consuming to access? As a quick settings menu it's counterintuitive.
Using 13 pro max full time,if you are on 11 or older you’ll see a significant difference even you are a regular consumer.12 and up save your money.at the end of the day how many people are going to come at your photos to zoom it and tell you its shot on older phone😂come on,if you have money to spend buy what ever phone you want😊.

It's crazy how much better the s21 ultra cam quailty is compared to the new 14 pro max with that being said coming from a current s21 ultra user about to switch to 14 pro max 😂
In what way? Until 10x zoom Iphone is shown to have superior image quality. The night mode on Iphone is more realistic whilst s21 blows the image up to look too bright.
To be honest, this is the best comparison review so far. 14 Pro has less flares, more megapixels and video stabilization is clearly better, but it uses higher ISO, so sometimes the 13 Pro looks kinda better on lowlight. Apple might calibrate that in the future. The flash mini-led thing was something I missed, looks way better than the 13 models. Keep up with the good reviews.
I don't know why people keep say thr dynamic island tap control is backwards? Go to any app icon on your iPhone, tap it and it's going yo open up the full app, long press and your get a quick menu. Pretty consistent with apples way of doing things. Shouldn't feel out of place to anyone who's used an iPhone or any smart phone.
I agree with you, contrary to some few stupid reviews, the "Always-on-Display" is well dimmed, not confusing at all with the operating mode, I love it!

I think Iphone X, 12 and 14 are new generation products. You can wait for iphone 15 pro series because iphone 11 and iphone 13 are better than new generation iphone model. Probably Iphone 15 pro series will better than Iphone 14 pro series. Just remind. Iphone 14 series had a lots of problem.
I love all the new features with the 14! I have an unboxing of my white iPhone 13 pro max over on my channel... I'll most likely upgrade next year and go with the black iPhone 😏
Iphone 14 /14 pro is nothing new just a bunch of small changes not worth an upgrade at all and the cameras are garbage when it comes to the software they run... over engineered software that ruins photos... if you really care about cameras but a pixel.

It's a huge upgrade over the 12 in virtually every single way
The 12 is not is good phone. It has so many issues with dimming and other stuff. The 13 pro is by itself a better upgrade to the 12 pro.
