  • Highly skilled STEM professionals are essential for developing science-driven and high-tech fields, particularly given the pressing shortage within technology, science, and heavy industries. To help fill this talent shortage and boost innovation is to diversify the workforce by encouraging more women to pursue careers traditionally dominated by men, including engineering, science, technology, and mathematics. This prompts critical questions: Is this achievable, or are high-tech and science-driven areas for men only?
The panel discussion will feature outstanding women leaders and true role models who have excelled in aerospace, chemical engineering, marine science, and fintech. Through their insights we will explore the reasons why women are less likely to enter and stay in tech, science-driven careers and heavy industries, spotlighting the remarkable contributions and untapped potential of women.
