Ingredients:
For Rice:
2 cup rice
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup butter
1 capsicum
2-3 green chilies
1 chicken cube
4-5 green cardamom
4-5 cloves
1/2 tsp salt or as per taste
FOR GARLIC SAUCE:
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
1/8 cup chili sauce ( 2 tbsp )
1 tbsp vinegar
FOR CHICKEN HOTSHOTS
500 g boneless chicken
1 tsp1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp heaped chat masala
1 tsp ginger powder or paste
1 tsp garlic powder or paste
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp mustard paste
1 egg
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup cold water

Yesterday I was seeking Rice recipe for KFC style Rice Bowl. I prepare Rice separately, and saute clove, green cardamom, capsicum in refined n butter mix in a 5kg pressure cooker. Then top it up with rice, color, salt and amul butter. Close the lid, and cook it for 10-15 min on a very slow heat. Finished product was awesome. your tip works... Very nice👍

Lubna aaj apki ye recipe try ki bhot hi zabardast Bana tha. Chinese recipe bhot try ki but ye bhot alag or ymmmmi tha. And sorry apki bhot sari recipe try Karti hu but hr time comment nhi Kar pati.
Apki sab recipe bhot Achi hote hai or har bar alag sikhne ko millta hai.

There is no mention of the thick gravy that is resided under the rice in the bowl.
That is the whole essence of KFC taste, do check on that

Use ghee instead, I have tried too many times with oil.
Ghee is better option it doesn't make your Chicken too brown.
And after frying chicken should be on net grill so oil can drain and dry.
