About the Coach:
Few people in the history of volleyball have been able to reach the level of success that Pat Powers has achieved as both a player and a coach. Among his many accomplishments as a player are: an NCAA Championship in 1980, an 11-time collegiate All-American, an Olympic Gold Medalist in 1984, and numerous tournament championships with the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour. He is regarded as one of the greatest players in international volleyball history, both in the six-man indoor game and the two-man beach game. As a coach, Pat Powers has continued his success. He was the University of Southern California men's volleyball coach for six years. Pat also has coached several European professional club teams. He currently owns and operates one of the most successful volleyball camps in the country and teaches over 2300 players each year.
they make it look so easy
Try tossing the ball up with both of ur hands to greater height. It gives a plenty of time to react and learn. Do it for the first time and when u master it , try with single hand tossing😁😁

I’m new to volleyball but my spikes are effective for a new player,I don’t get to spike much because I don’t have a setter that I can practise with everyday so serving is all I can really do my main serve will be a jump float but I really want to be able to jump serve as well to switch it up anyway I just can seem to get the perfect toss and when I do I jump weirdly I jump off of two feet so it makes is harder to get distance and really easy to get height my vertical is 18 inches and I’m 12 any tips?
Been trying to get a normal serve descent for months and i still suck
Can I jump server even though I'm just 170 cm tall?
