@Metal R Heads Reacts, Everyone who sees this video for the first time asks that question, "why didn't she get a golden buzzer?" There is a simple answer. Each judge on AGT has one and only one golden buzzer to give. There were so many amazing talents on that season of AGT that all the golden buzzers were given out early. All the contestants that came later knew going in that they could not receive a golden buzzer. She was so good, though, that on Angelica's 2nd performance, they brought in an additional judge, Chris Hardwick, so he could give her the golden buzzer. You'll want to check out that performance, Girl On Fire, where Angelica gets the golden buzzer.
Not only did Angelica get a Golden Buzzer in her next performance, she also got one a year or two later when she was brought back for AGT The Champions. At that time, she was the only person to receive two Golden Buzzers. I don't know if anyone else has done it since then.
She got the golden buzzer on her second performance. She is also the only contestant to get the golden buzzer twice.
I saw her in Boop I knew Music opening in New York. Angelica Hale is 16 now it premiered in Chicago I live in Chicago. It was unbelievable. Angelica was unbelievable and I’m so happy she’s on Broadway.
