From someone who has done several builds, everything from the smallest cases (Dan A4 SFX) to bigger mid towers (Fractal Design cases), I'm very impressed.
For a first time builder, you seem extremely well prepared. Even for us enthusiasts, who have built several PCs, can easily make the same small mistakes as you did in the video, so nothing to be ashamed off really.
Were also extremely impressed with how well you had informed yourself on the different parts, such as the Lian Li UniFans and how their innovative connection system works. You seem to have with a balanced airflow inside the case as well, good choice of parts overall and with a uniformed theme as well.
Excellent work overall and you should definitely be proud of this build - hell, even if this would've been like my 10th build, I'd be hella proud over it and I've done well over 10 builds.
    Very well done! :)

Great build, especially for your first. I've been a builder for about 15 years now. It was a lot harder when you had the clunky old beige cases and video cards were a joke then. It's great that you can put so much in the way of aesthetics and your own personality into them now. The first build I ever did took me so long, but now it takes me about an hour to get one assembled (including unboxing everything) but cable management takes me FOREVER since I'm so obsessed with making it perfect.

    Great job!
One note: with a side mounted radiator like yours, you want the tubes for the AIO cooler to NOT be at the top of your loop. This is because, over time, any air that inadvertently gets in there will cause a gurgling sound and put extra stress on the pump. A better configuration would be to rotate your radiator 180 degrees so the tubes are at the bottom, but, importantly, the top of the radiator is still ABOVE the pump which is attached to your CPU. This will make any extra air in the loop sit harmlessly at the top of the radiator (highest point of the loop) and won’t cause any gurgling or extra wear on the pump.

i love when people who are new to pc building do this kind of video. its so refreshing to see the thought process that goes into these builds when you're new, i think it feels much more organic than the career tech youtubers who just nonchalantly throw together some insane PC.
even if maybe the RAM is chosen for looks and performance rather than purely how fast and what timings it has, or if it takes a few tries to get everything right, its so lovely to see people putting together their own pc
my one tip would be to put the cpu cooler backplate on as one of the first things you do, but it didn't matter in the end, so its no biggy :)

quick tip, turn the radiator 180 so the hoses are at the bottom. Overtime water will evaporate, albeit years, and when enough air acuminates at the top of the rad where your hoses currently are, they will be starved of water.

For future proof is okay, but at this moment and at this market ddr5 makes no sense, there is a really slim performance difference. And is common to have stability issues in certain programs, software manufacturers has yet to optimize them. Get the Lian li Galahad 360 or the ekwb ek aio elite 360 d rgb. The z63 costs a fortune and has less flat out thermal results

Nice work! Keep an eye on your CPU temps. With the AIO radiator mounted that way, there can be an air bubble at the top that can potentially starve the pump for fluid. It's always best to have the hoses submerged and any air bubble at the top of the rad where it won't bother anything. Just my .02

If I may make a couple suggestions! However, first let me congratulate you on your first gaming pc and you overall did a fantastic job on it! First I'd move your capture card down one slot if possible so it isn't choking off any airflow to the gpu. Also with your fans the way they are now you're at a very negative pressure. I'd recommend maybe make the front 2 fans on the side panel intake as well for more of a balanced airflow.

    • @wahidkamruddin1594
      @wahidkamruddin1594 2 года назад

Yes I completely agree. Negative pressure allows for more dust to come in through places you don't want, thus a positive airflow or net 0 airflow would be best!

@@MassiveReset Short answer is yes, it is possible. She added two SSD drives here, which are hidden behind those sink coolers. They are thinner and usually just snap into the provided mounting spaces. (No cables to run) The downside is they tend to get very pricey when looking at storage larger than 1 Terabyte. Although depending on what you may be using it for, you might easily get away with a 1 Terabyte SSD, which is only around $150.

the only thing i would tell you its the orientation of the radiator, the pump must be on the bottom and not on the top because of the bubbles of air and the efficiency that the pump duest while taking the liquid. Aniting else is just perfect, nice build!.

If mounting the radiator vertically, always have the radiator pump cables be on the bottom.
That way the bubbles won't be pumped around, they will just stay in the radiator at the top.

Very nice build, I think mine is the all black and chrome manly sibling. I went zero-RGB but I'm now looking for a way to add some subtle lighting without going over the top.
One major difference in the build is that I used the compartment in the back for the radiator fans, and used them as an intake. As I didn't care about the fan RGB this was a far better solution.
If you want to keep the fans visible you should consider flipping them to intake as you will not only draw in cold air, but it will also reduce the noise a little.

Recently I also built my first pc, I have the same Mobo and GPU, (if you haven't) just so you know that GPU has TONS of plastic around the fans mine had some I forgot to peel and after sometime they started to come of, even thou I have my own pc now there's something really nice watching other people doing it. great video loved the music and the vibes.

i know i still had some plastic on my mobo after finishing the build that i had to peel off, so i’ll have to double check my gpu. thanks!

Just a quick tip, this build has 3 intake fans and 7 exhaust fans, so be sure to make the intake fans the highest possible rpm to try and cancel out the negative air pressure, as negative air pressure can damage your parts in the long run

You should flip the radiator upside down, that the tubes are at the bottom of the case. If the tubes are at the top, the air inside the loop will all come to the top and less water can flow through the tubes.

Awesome work on your first PC build; if I could give you some very helpful feedback.
Try reducing how much you touch components; e.g when you inserted the CPU you placed you finger directly on the processor; this could cause the oils from your fingers to be left on the lid of the processor.
Other then reducing the amount of touching, good work!.
