  • Most business leaders we work with often describe their challenges with:
Balancing short and long term goals.
Demonstrating how day-to-day execution links to longer term strategy.
Identifying and committing to meaningful measures that show where they are on that journey.
And one of the biggest barriers to doing this is the very real fear of what the data might expose.
In this webinar, we look at how impact measurement can become a friend rather than a foe, supporting business leaders to overcome common barriers, build their case for investment, lift brand reputation and market advantage and reduce their operating risks.
    We cover:
How to build the foundations of your impact model.
How business leaders are using their impact models to pursue greater social and economic returns for their investment.
Where to start and what to expect from taking a structured approach to measuring impact.
We'll then finish the session with a chance to hear from the audience and answer any questions.
