@@jethgabriel9243 like my laptop is Dell inspiration 6000. It has the same problem and I tried everything but it fails to start. Booting, startup, safe mode, everything fails
@@jethgabriel9243 It started with keyboard not working. Up untill now I have to connect to another keyboard to press the keys. I don't know what to do anymore. Can you please help me
@@tyanahshon2185 okay let me help you.. first you need a bootable flash drive.. depending on what windows you have windows 10 or window 11 then create a bootable flash drive atleast 8gb. after you do it. just insert it and then follow the step.
