Looks like a good mod first time I'm seeing it
Departments around this part really don’t use cruise lights because it’s an officer safety issue. I know some places require them per law. I am not sure about Canada however.

What kind of place do you live in where PD attends every call? In my city, PD won't even attend an MVA unless there's a felony involved. Back when I got hit on my bike by a car driving down the bike lane, the police showed up, asked witnesses if anyone seemed drunk, and when told no, left the scene, leaving me down in the middle of the street until the ambulance and fire trucks arrived. And that's routine for them.
