Majority of the companies are worst ever friends.....if u are planning to go in merchant Navy i highly recommend you plz don't go..in today's generation mnavy don't offers good salries....i left this profession just a 1 year ago and started earning more than 2 lac. So work smart, guys don't work hard in these professions...in this profession when u are in ship...it seems more like u have been put into a jail and everyone is torturing u....no money...no shore leave ....fake life ....so think twice before joining mnavy
