Nothing pleases me more than seeing people getting out there and achieving fitness goals no matter what level of fitness.
I have come from being over weight suffeing from PTSD and Anxiety, injurys and so on, and yet I am racing my second Ironman 70.3 in 7wks time.
Keep it consistant, enjoy the journey and good luck with your goals mate..well done 👍
