The architects did an amazing job on this property; the interior designer not so much. The location is simply amazing and hey, Monaco is only 110 minutes by helicopter!
Italian interiors are shockingly disappointing. Here in California I always hear about "Italian design" when it comes to furniture and interiors. Watch any tour of California mansions and it's all "Italian design" this, that. Same with yachts. On the other hand, I've now seen at least 100 tours of Italian homes from $100,000 to mansions like this one, and the interiors are catastrophic, unless they are original 19th century or older. But more recent stuff look like former East European communist interiors. Which actually no longer look like that presently. I grew up there and it's giving me PTSD nightmares. Where's the "Italian design" in Italy? The only up side, the homes are cheaper than their equivalents in the USA, so at least it leaves a budget for a total gut remodeling of the interiors if one is buying from here.

SOLD! I love that house! The way the levels are split, the multiple levels of roof tops with grass and bushes on them. Someone read my mind when they came up with that design.

This is my favourite so far. The unique way they have moulded the property into the landscape is so elegant. I’m a fan of minimalism, this property has so much compacted into the space.

Except the beds everything is what I loved! As the interior is quite more modernly colorful compared to other properties on this channel, most of the beds being dot white with colorful interior of room or bathroom seemed quite odd.

There are no internal stairs, only elevators. Any of the bedrooms could be transformed and used as a study, while regarding the parking there is the garage but also the piazzale area can be used as a parking area - Stefanie
Honestly one of the most beautiful places you have shown. The only down side is who ever owns that home has Great taste in furniture but the worst placement of everything. Also the lack of flow and color coordination made everything in that house look chaotic. If those walls could speak they'd say, "For the love of God give me some color. "

I saw the blue crab and lobster sign in the kitchen, WTH.... Interior left a lot to be desired for me, location , view and pool were all outstanding
Yeah The Interior doesn't have thy airy cozy homey feeling but the furnishings and finishes are really expensive but not with the theme it adapts
