Thank you so much as I was very lost and confused and had forgotten myself. You have been a blessing for my soul.

Learning about natural flow was a game-changer for me. I try to spend as much time there as possible!

Using the app from you starting the in January. Meditating for around ten years now. You are making and explaining advanced techniques and knowledge in a great clear way. Natural flow is something I know quiet some years but you make it more clear for me. Thank you! Looking forward to your course!

The finger method reminds me of the technique of looking around the room and subtly naming the objects in my vision-clock, picture, bookshelf, etc. It's amazing how fast it can calm my mind.

Big fan of this app and Liam's calm, straight-forward approach to meditation. My favorite flow state is problem-solving because there's action behind it and I can feel like I'm moving towards something, and a solution. Natural flow has been more challenging because there's no "goal," it's more a sense of being.

So good to see you. I have to say, I have enjoyed at one time or another all these flow states. But the fourth is the most portable, natural, and friendly.

It is returning to the pure consciousness we are born with, the nature of which is unconditional love, unlimited creativity and natural intellegance that has been ‘covered up’ by outside influences, it is the experience of self all modalities, ancient and contemporary, are pointing to, our True Self. We need to let our limited self created self image get out of the way to let it flow through us, it is the connection to our soul and the ‘source’ which we yearn for but don’t recognise and search for , it contains our true potential waiting to unfold, it is the answer to Who am I …. I am That, start to recognise and hear your intuition and it will help align and guide you there, this sounds like a great service you are giving freely

Barefoot sprints on synthetic turf do it for me as far as athletic flow. Jump rope and also trail running are reliable for flow. I can drop into flow during some quality nsdr or concentration practice. My favorite flow is with writing and drawing. Authentic expression and vulnerability is the most beautiful art. Kinda feels like I'm dying when I'm putting everything onto the page :)
I do notice the shifting between peripheral and focused mode as a very subtle heat shift in the eyeballs, and I notice it's consistently active when looking at a large body of water like a lake or ocean.
But overall the most important pattern for flow I've noticed is to not try to get into a flow state. To let go and just let it all happen
Ty for the vid. Sending ❤

Is the natural flow more in line with stuff like the headless way (d. Harding) and effortless mindfulness (loch kelly)?

Very happy to see new content. Been looking forward to this for a very long time (since Sept 2022 when Liam announced he was going on a meditation retreat to become an ordained monk.
In the video Liam talks about a 30 day course to learn about the "FitMind lifestyle". Any idea when this will be released?

Thank you for sticking with us for so long! The course is taking a bit longer than expected (we really want to get it right). We estimate an end-of-May release. We'll send an email and announce it in the app when it's released.
