Cosmo and sprout requires another toon to do it, since they have healing abilities, Goob, Scraps, Glisten has to be used on another player and Goob to pull another player so they couldn’t be used for solo, Teagan can take a while to get tapes and use the ability after they get enough tapes, You also need to be hit to heal yourself so i recommend, Vee, Tisha, Toodles, Pebble, Gigi.
You could use Sprout (Trinkets: fancy purse/Dog plush/Speedy shoes and vee remote) Oh well, you should go to lobby with 7 ppl (8 if you count yourself) Why?: ITS more fun, the more fun means longer playing and grinding, when your solo it will get boring really quick. I would recommend using Sprout or Cosmo for multi player. For solo: Brightney, Rodger, Teagen (theres more but i dont remember) I hope this helped. :D

Using veemote with pebble is also a good idea, since you can get ichor from the machine and from the capsules.
