As a former Jeep Liberty owner. They can be fun but they are very limited on aftermarket parts to make them better. The LJ is good to whip around with but you will be much happier taking the XJ and making something good out of it. The Jeep MJ would be great to build as a overlander. Just my 2 cents
Love seeing Apollo! We raised Danes for 15 years. My last Dane, Nash, loved camping, so I bought a Shift-pod. In the summer, still used the shiftpod, just added an IcyBreeze cooler to keep things cool at night. Looking forward to more adventures!
The “Gazelle” tent on amazon sets up like brit and kevins Shiftpod tent in like 30 seconds and is all season and ONLY $300 on amazon.. an excellent tent and 1/3 the cost of kevin and brits.. and i have the exact same fridge as you , and use it a extra freezer in the house when its not in my jeep..
usually like to camp during the week at most places....... least people so more peaceful. I would love to try over landing with a rooftop hard side tent.....
Overlanding... the beginning of awesome memories!! I'd like to see ya'll build the xj as an Overlanding vehicle. Mostly cause I'm building one but, it would be better room wise for your dogs. Trust me, ask me how I know...... lol...
We use to go camping all the time. You take a bit more but depending on how you prep you can end up being back less. Mostly concentrate on food. Guess it runs in the family😂❤
You should have brought your Great Dane with you let him enjoy the outdoors I'm sure he wouldn't have been no trouble he's just big that's it more to love on
4 season tent, 20 degree or lower sleeping bags, better insulation between the ground and you( the ground will steal your body heat). Most sleeping pads have an R value, the higher the number the more it insulates if no value is listed then the R value will be 0 and like with everything else you get what you pay for if the price tag is cheap the quality will be the same.
Get a tent that you can put a portable wood stove inside the tent it has the place in the roof you run the stove pipe thru the wood stove is small but it warm up inside the Tent
It certainly seems like you had a lot of fun. It's really great to camp in all seasons, and since you have that opportunity where you live, you should experience each one. Start small and gradually add more days as you become more comfortable with it. The XJ and the MJ are both excellent platforms for overlanding with 44 axles to give you more peace of mind and Let's go! even end up like MARCO and a trailer behind him all the timeand making those delicious meals 🤤🤤🤭, But remember, you have to start somewhere. Nice video, and I hope you expand the camping aspect of your channel further.🤩🤩😉😉✌☝🤙🤜🤛🦾🦾
Getting away from the Jeep Excursions is the kiss of death.......................... You can travel these roads in a car............... Which is what the Brites are doing so the Bronco can navigate them..........................
It isn't worth going unless you are going for at least 3 days because you have to do all of the work to set up pack unpack and take everything back down so why go through all of that trouble and then not even get to relax and enjoy it for a few days.
Great analysis, thank you! I need some advice: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
O k so sleeping in so many clothes will make you sweat and therefore make you colder. So Get a GOOD sleeping bag or two that can zip together. If you are a cold sleeper check the rating for a sleeping bag and maybe get one that is rated lower than you think you need. The main thing you need is a Good sleeping bag! Maybe a smaller tent because your body heat will help it warm up. Go to an REI and talk to someone who knows more about what you would need. I have been camping in Cold weather since 1970s I know enough because I have camped at 6 below o a few times. I am sure you want be doing that.
I am much more a overlander due to my rig is a beast. I rarely get cold and rarely do the Desert runs when it's over 100. I am old desert Rat raised in Apple Valley California. www.youtube.com/@SOCALOC4x4/videos
Luna your great❤
Looks like you had fun! Biggest thing for cold weather, for me, is a good sleeping bag. Thank you for sharing!
Great job guys. Thank you 😊
"45° so extremely cold" 😅🤣🤣. That's shorts and T-shirt weather. 😄
Pretty much!
For cold weather gear look at Eskimo pop up tents, and for clothing check out clam or striker ice.
The Comanche would make a great Overlander vehicle.
I did not get to meet Apollo. thanks for sharing .. cheers.
It was nice to watch this and not have deja vu. I liked yours much better this week.
Great video, thanks for taking us along for the ride.
Thank you
This was like a 25 minute walmart infomercial.
We do more expeditions than overlanding when in BC, but we want to do proper overlanding through Western Alberta, Northern BC and the Territories.

I’m super excited to get the XJ and MJ up to par for some overlanding and exploration adventures

Apollo is my heart dog. We have been through so many life changes in the last 10 years. He is the best dog I could have asked for 🤍
Stunning Scenery!
Really was amazing!

lol! That’s why we are going to do a big push to have the XJ built before winter next year!
You should either start making your own content again or just combine channels. Same content on 2 channels at this point.
We use to go camping all the time. You take a bit more but depending on how you prep you can end up being back less. Mostly concentrate on food. Guess it runs in the family😂❤
We did grow up camping with mom and dad, but I do NOT remember what the set up was
Awesome place
Yes it was!
Sometimes when it good at things others that aren't can only hate on you..the liberty is great. 😅

Look, overlanding is legit. Fair warning though, it's very easy to buy way more than you will ever need!
It isn't worth going unless you are going for at least 3 days because you have to do all of the work to set up pack unpack and take everything back down so why go through all of that trouble and then not even get to relax and enjoy it for a few days.
It's how u use it

What are you talking about?
@CyndeeMendrala-p9j You're talking finance on the wrong channel
Why even have separate channels at this point? Same content on both!
