And on the second site we rolled out between late december 2019 and january 2020 one nanoHD which we recommended with an option to upgrade it two 2 of those but it turned out we were totally fine with one. spanning the whole storey with the network.

You will be. You will be.
Linus: Pretending to not be worried about WiFi 6 because Ubiquiti sent him the gear and he doesn't want to make the company look bad
Also Linus: Will be replacing them with WiFi 6 APs in like a month.
Come on. This is Linus we're talking about. Do you really think he's going to settle for _just_ WiFi five?
Johnyknowhow what i was thinking when he said that in the vudeo
@@Johnyknowhow Ubiquiti has Wifi6 APs there just on there special beta store you can buy them but there aren't hundred percent but should be ready for the main store in about another couple of months at the latest so if he wants to it wouldn't be hard at all to switch them out soon.

Time for Linus to build and move into the most up to date smart home possible.
The problem now is as soon as it's built, it's obsolete

Ok Linus back in the real world most people’s WiFi doesn’t even cover their entire yard much less their street
"WIsh me luck, Honey" - missed segue chance...
"What do they expect me to put it on"
well linus, they dont expect private users to get a $1500 outside accesspoint capable of having 10000 users connect to it.. the metal thing is for a thicc metal bar.
While the XGs are overkill. In the meaning of it. You could make a case for a AP AC nanoHD which costs a 10th of the XG even for private usage. Or even if you were buying 2nd wave wifi-5 (ac) stuff in 2017 like myself, when they first came out, the AP AC HD. Yes my neighbours totally hate me but one even asked me to help him build his network when he is moving to his new bought home so
While self employed we rolled out two sites with 5 APs in total at one customer that is a testing facility.
We rolled out at the first site 4 UAP-AC-Pros that span each one of them a whole storey aisle in 2018 (we would have been totally fine with 2 instead of 4 but the customer wanted a deployment of 4). And on the second site we rolled out between late december 2019 and january 2020 one nanoHD which we recommended with an option to upgrade it two 2 of those but it turned out we were totally fine with one. spanning the whole storey with the network.
itm nobody asked, mate

Slower Upload speeds is often a sign for power problem of the client WiFi antenna. Most of the Aps have the power to send the signals far away but most clients cannot send the same way back.
3:28 replaces this device within a year with Wifi 6 version.
He mentioned that he knew that UniFi WiFi 6 was coming soon and also that the last time he used UniFi at home was there first AC APs (the square one). He had so many problems with them that he hasn't used any of there products at home since.
