Nice! Now this is a neat crossing setup, strange to have a mast flasher before the actual crossing, makes me wonder if there was a spur track that crossed the road before the main tracks, that would explain the extra set of lights. Also if you look this crossing up on Google Maps, it had 8 inch lights before these went in.
Nice! Like this crossings setup.
Thanks, me too
Wow those gates come down quick after the signals are activated.
David Imhoff yeah they can do that because of a 25 mph speed limit
I like a half mile from here and yes, it is ridiculously fast. 20 mile per hour road traffic limit by the way.
Nice!

Yeah, A utility pole was there before so like Andover's crossing, it is because of that
Amtrak Productions ah, that would explain to it.
+Freedomtowerman Productions yep
i love the trains
they are so cool towatch
That's a lot of signals for that crossing. Was there ever an extra track there?
No, this is commonwealth ave, i showed you it, it got a update, no, there was no extra track, but there was a power line
Amtrak Productions What'd it have before? 8 inch lights and/or mechanical bells?

Amtrak Productions Ah. So it had both 8 inch lights and mechanical bells. I think I prefer the old signals.
